The Asics Gel-Nimbus is the most comfortable shoe, although I\'m not a runner, I spend many hours on my feet, and the shoes are awesome right out of the box. It is as if you are walking on pillows.

I love these shoes. This is actually my second pair. I loved the first pair so much a month later I ordered these. I didn\'t want to miss having a second pair. I\'ve actually washed these several times and they wash well. I work in the medical field and feel the need to wash the germs away. From the first day I put these on, all my foot aches have gone away. I highly recommend them to anyone that is on their feet a lot.

Warm, supportive, super comfy! To put the sizing into perspective, I am 6' tall and 205 lbs. My jean size is 34"x32". That said, I had no idea what size to order, so I got both the Medium and that Large. I spent 30 minutes trying on both pairs unable to decide on which one to keep. The material is super stretchy, so both the Medium and Large seemed to fit just fine. The problem is picking the best. If you like fitted with just little gather, then get the Medium. The Large is also fitted and at first glance looks the same. You just have a bit more material to pull around and adjust. If you prefer a bit more gather (albeit very little and barely noticeable), then get the Large. I guess it comes down to preference. My wife finally told me to go for the Medium. I just ran 35 minutes and they were perfect. I'm sure the Large would have also worked though; they're that stretchy!

First of all, the service from Zappos is fantastic! They made my very first purchase extremely easy and the shoes arrived in a blink of an eye. I'm hooked; I'd recommend Zappos to anyone. As for the product: they're Asics what can I say that wouldn't be a redundant superlative? The size was exact and the width, perfection. For those of us with a wider foot, Asics understands the need for the extra width and doesn't pay lip service to the width & fit of the shoe. As for the 2140 model, it's like walking or running a cloud of air. I live in these babies and they last and don't break down easily. In all both Zappos and Asics get my vote for best in show.

Wow, these are ridiculously comfortable. I tried several different running shoes on and these ones felt the best, no pressure points or stiffness. The first time I wore them I marched around an amusement park all day and my feet were very happy. The laces run at a slightly diagonal line down your foot, which is a little ugly but who cares.

Great product, I'm a big runner getting back into it. I'm concerned about my knees, so I wanted to get a good pair of shoes. This pair fits the bill. I have a wide foot and a high instep so finding shoes that are comfortable is tough. I was able to get everything I need with this shoe.

It is so hard to find narrow sizes anymore, but not on Zappos. I was thrilled to find the Asics in narrow. They fit perfect and are so comfortable right from the start. I ordered them one day and they were there the next. Thank you Zappos!

I am now on my fourth pair of these sneakers. They are by far the best running sneaker on the market for me. I am a neutral runner, put on about 30 miles a week and also use them for other workouts, they hold up well, fit right out of the box, generous toe box and good cushion. Love these sneakers!

The shoes are very comfortable, I had to return the first pair because they were too narrow and too short. As always wonderful customer service, I love ordering shoes at night and having them there the next evening.

These are my fourth pair of Asics. Have not had a single complaint yet. Feel true to size. Don't even need to be broken in. I have had problems with other brands. I like the style, too. My favorite shoes I have ever owned.

I have bought four pairs of the same model shoe over the last two years. They have excellent toe room and a very comfortable foot bed / arch support. I am over 200 pounds and get 500 running miles out of the shoes before they start to feel like they need replacement. I have never come close to actually wearing out the sole or uppers.

Excellent walking shoes. I bought these for my father age 82. He had plantar fascitis (pain in the heel of the foot) and he wanted to continue to walk. He said that the shoe gives his foot great all around support and that the gel inside greatly helped the discomfort he had on his heel. He likes them so much that I just got him another pair!

We hike often in the Shenandoah mountains, and these shoes are terrific for day hikes. Lookswise, the grey color is cool, and the shoe has a smaller profile than typical hiking shoes, which can be so clunky. I like the smaller shoe, but that is definitely a matter of personal taste. The shoes are nice and light and handle rocky paths well. I have hiked/run up to 6 miles in them and they are great. I would not recommend them for serious mountain climbing or as shoes for multi-day hikes since you will need something more supportive, but they are great dayhike/trail run shoes and they are comfortable to wear off the trail as well.

You won't be sorry! I have several problems with my feet so I need good supportive athletic shoes. I also wear size 12, which in the past has forced me to wear men's shoes. I now buy Asics exclusively! The comfort and support they give me, along with some style, is great. I highly recommend this shoe, but especially for anyone who needs the extra support and control.

A fine pair of shoes for light running and general workouts. If you are doing serious roadwork and running, be sure to go to a specialty store and get fitted first. A knee injury keeps me from running now, so I use these for the gym, weights and elliptical. They're fine. They do feel a bit snug at the end of the day if I haven't taken them off after my workout.
