Very high heel. These shoes fit well, and are gorgeous, but the heel height is a bit much for me. Either I practice my catwalk so I don't fall down, or find something easier.

I wrote my review without even wearing the boot, let me tell you I have worn it all day today, I don\'t even want to take it off! Extremely comfortable, I did in fact get several compliments on it. One most outstanding boot!

Meh. I had to try a couple different sizes of this shoe and they still don't fit right. I typically don't experience a problem with feeling one foot bigger than the other so maybe the production of the shoe is off. It could still just be me, though. I can usually handle heels fairly decently; however, I do have flat feet. The boot felt entirely too tight, didn't permit enough movement and was generally uncomfortable. Still not sure I can send 'em back though. I keep thinking "some day."

Awesome riding boot. I just received this boot today; this has to be the coolest boot I have ever seen! I can't wait to start wearing it, I know I will get tons of compliments on it. The fit is true to size. The inside is soft and cushioned. If you are looking for a rugged riding boot that looks expensive and different, this is it! I am 5'3" the shaft height is perfect. I have muscular legs and it is a perfect fit, not tight or loose. I love it! It is worth the spend.

Very comfortable heels! Although it's a 3 1/2" heel, it doesn't feel like it. I love Charles David; always classy, comfortable, and reasonable!

Beautiful boot. Wear a 6 1/2 ordered 7 and it felt 1/2 larger on the foot and a tad big around the ankle and calf. Had to regretfully return them. To expensive to keep if they did not fit my skinny legs properly.

I was disappointed with these boots. Though I like the concept of the style, I thought the hand-rubbed color dye was unappealing. The shaft was not a rich gray, but a rather cheap looking pseudo-metallic look. I also thought the foot bed should have more cushioning for a boot at this price. I usually wear a size 10, but they were out of stock, so I tried an 11. It fit me almost perfectly, so I think the size runs a bit small. It may be wise to order a half size up.

Love these shoes. I got them in camel kid. They are well made. They make your ankles look petite. Sexy without looking trashy. Comfortable considering they are 4" high. Would not wear them in bad weather, leather is too fine.

Where do I begin? These boots are a dream. They are BEAUTIFUL and COMFORTABLE. I have Skinny legs and they fit me perfect. I could run in boots. I have just enough space for leggings not jeans. Unless you have very thin jeans then maybe. I don\'t have a 14 inch calf. My calf only measures 13 inches and the fit is like a glove. No bunching in the ankles. Maybe the measurement listed is a tiny bit off. Like 1/2 inch. But we all know how important half an inch can be in boots. I have NEVER paid this much for boots in my life but I feel it is worth every penny. Sleek and simple with a platform. Perfect:)

Gorgeous. Even better in person. Quality leather and nice details. These look more expensive than they are. Perfect with skinny jeans and and/or leggings. The heel is definitely for those who are used to a high heel. I'm using gel insoles and that helps the ball of my foot. I wouldn't walk around the mall in these. I am always a size 7 and that's what I ordered and they fit perfectly, so I say they are true to size. Absolutely stunning, truly gorgeous shoe.

Great looking shoe, but hard on the feet. I wore these to an outdoor wedding and standing on the concrete was pretty painful after not too much time. I\'m used to wearing high platforms and these just weren\'t as comfortable as most. Maybe indoors they would do better?

True to style; not true to size! Zappos shipping is quick and painless. The shoes are almost picture perfect! But the fit is not! The shoes are like a "Betty Boop" design so they run short at the front (toe), very snug. They are quite tall but sturdy. I strongly suggest you order at most a 1/2 size larger; (ex.) 8.5 should order a size 9. I hope that helps.

These are so comfortable and stable for such a high wedge. The elastic straps keep your feet in place and dont "cut" into your skin. Love em!

These are great shoes! They fit true to size and since the heel isn\'t a stiletto, these are pretty comfy while adding great height. Pretty classic yet a bit edgy because of the straps, these are trendy without being too "of the moment" as they don\'t overdo the straps and head into the "bondage shoe" territory. Charles David always makes great shoes and these are no exception! Guys love them and the feet do too! As always, the Zappos ordering/shipping experience was awesome and I will always come back!

I love these shoes! They are super cute! But they fit really small. I always wear a 5 1/2 in Charles David shoes, so i ordered a 5 1/2 in these, but when I got them and tried them on, I discovered that they are too small. The sole is the part that's small. So just a warning, get at least a 1/2 size bigger than what you normally wear. Enjoy!

Awesome shoes! So light and comfortable, yet high and sexy. I can wear them out for hours without fear of sore feet or breaking my ankle on a heavy, unstable platform. I am a huge Charles David fan and was not at all disappointed by these shoes. The foot bed is padded and soft and the straps are sturdy but don't cut in to your feet the way some shoes do when the leather is too rough. Can't say enough good things about these!

These shoes run really small and narrow. I usually wear a 9 and I had to return them. They were not even close to fitting. They would have fit if I didn't have a pinky toe. And I don't usually wear wide sizes. Also, my heel was close to hanging off the back of the shoe. I was sad because these are gorgeous shoes. It's a shame.

These run a little small/short but still fit. They are narrow, which is good for me, but could cause big problems (falling off the shoe) if you don't have a narrow foot. They are comfortable enough for a desk job but I wouldn't plan on walking around in them a lot. I got TONS of compliments on how cute they are!

Nice Shoe - This is a very nice shoe and looks well made. I was worried about comfort because of the placement of the heel but they were ok and easy to walk in. It looked very cute and compact on my foot. The only reason I returned them is that they look nicer than what I wanted, I wanted something more casual. I definitely would have ordered them a 1/2 size larger and kept them if I had something to wear them with.
