I had a pair of Earth Shoes, Sandals, and liked them but they were a little heavy and over time I had to have the straps re-sewn a number of times. I finally decided to send them to sandal heaven and got online and looked at Zappos and the Ecco Performance Yucatan Sandal. I received them in a few days. I have worn them a few weeks now and love them. They are attractive, lightweight, very comfortable. I have two happy feet that thank me at the end of the day.

At first I didn't think these were the "prettiest" sandal, but they are awesome. Love them. Walked all day in them and feet weren't ever tired, pinched, or sore. Highly recommend them. They are made well and fit true to size.

I have never been happier with the comfort or appearance of any footwear. This sandal is so soft it totally belies the support it gives to the arch and heel, and, whatever part shows any sign that it will wear soon has not made itself obvious yet.\r\nI will have to get used to the European look of the Ecco shoe because I won\'t compromise again, ever.

I wanted a shoe that was very comfortable and that I could use in the Colorado winters to walk my dog. These shoes fit the bill and are worth paying a little extra for. The comfort is top notch, they appear to be quite waterproof and are nice looking shoes to boot.

Bought these for 2 week Italian vacation and wore them all over Rome, Florence and Positano. More walking than I've done in years. Super lightweight and comfy, well suited to wider toe-box, narrow heel. Bought them in black, so only whispered "Tourist".

This is an addendum to my recently posted review. After test driving this model at the house, I had to return it. I over pronate. But this shoe is built for the excessive over pronator rather than for someone with mild over pronation. After my standing and walking test drive, my knees began to complain, and that was a big signal that the shoes were not the correct ones for my needs. I have a left foot that pronates and aggravates a bunion, but I have a right foot that was previously broken and which now supinates. Elaine, in Zappos' Running Shoe Assistance Department, was really helpful in providing info on how to find a compromise between my two feet. She and the department's "Guru" recommended a neutral cushioning shoe. I have found both neutral-to-mild-pronation and neutral-to-mild-supination shoes at Zappos, which might solve my problem. So, thank you, Elaine and the mysterious Guru! I really appreciated it when Elaine said that she cared less about making the sale than about helping me to find the right shoe that wouldn't exacerbate my past injury. And thanks, Zappos, for your very helpful shoe descriptions which give your customers the necessary facts to make informed buying decisions. For this, and for so many other reasons, I am a past fan; present fan; future fan.

This is one of the best shoes I have bought from Zappos. While the pair of shoes is on the expensive side, they are top quality and are extremely durable. Made for hiking, they are good for casual wear. The GORE-TX lining adds to comfort keeping my feet dry and warm.

I had plantar fasciaits and I could not walk. I found Ecco shoes and my life changed forever. I use these for my daily walks and when I get home my feet feel great. I do not experience any more pain.

I have them on right now! They are my shoe of choice these days. I have had problems with my feet and need greater arch support. This sandal really helps. I like this year's dark brown color, very Fall! I throw them in the washing machine and hang them to dry. If these wear out and this style is still available, I will buy them again.

Having been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and going through 10 pairs of sneakers in the past year, my mother gave me a pair when she got a size too big and now I am shopping for the same shoe. I have become an Ecco for life customer. 100% satisfied.

I have plantar fasciitis, so my choices are limited. This shoe allows me to use my orthotic inserts and still have plenty of wiggle room! Small caution: the sizes run a little big (even with orthotics in place).

My 3rd pair, and I\'ll get a 4th when I need them. I work maintenance and from the boiler room to the rooftop, these shoes keep me on my feet all day. And that\'s saying quite a bit given my flat feet. I also like the fact they keep my feet dry, but breathe at the same time. ECCO is a brand I have used for 20 years so I knew these would be good, but the style, comfort and construction of this particular ECCO is hard to beat. Highly recommended for anyone needing a shoe that\'s a good "partner" for the health of your legs, feet and back.

I ordered these shoes for my husband because they looked good and because they were available in his small shoe size. I know from experience that the Ecco brand runs wide too. They fit him perfectly. Very nice looking too.

These shoes are great. Without socks in the summer, my feet never sweat. With socks in the fall, a perfect walking shoe. I have arthritis and these shoes are very comfortable.

Wonderful shoes, but they run small. I normally wear a 10, so I ordered the 41 which is supposed to be a 10-10.5. My toe was rubbing terribly. And I don't see that this shoe comes any larger. Terribly disappointed!

Ecco Performance RXP 6030---I haven\'t yet put this shoe fully through its paces, but I can tell that it has the requisite stability for my tendency to over-pronate. A note on sizing: I\'m a size 6 in my various Nike running shoes. I can take a Nike 5-1/2 for non-running shoes. In this Ecco shoe, the 36 (5 to 5-1/2) is a good fit, with a bit of breathing room in the toe to accomodate that forward motion during my run. The 37 (6 to 6-1/2) would have been too big and too long. This shoe does have a bit more length in the toe. As to width, it hugs my mid-foot section nicely when I lace it snugly. It may not be ideal for wide footers. Additionally, the toe box does not provide the extra width of, say, the Nike Zoom Structure Triax 12.

The instant I put these on, they fit like a glove. I agree with the sizing issue- I was comfortable wearing thin socks and having these snug around my foot, so for that fit, it was a true 8.5 (I purchased 8-8.5). These are very comfortable and lightweight. I hate to see these go out of style (almost makes me want to buy a second pair to stash away!!)\r\n\r\n

Great shoes! I stand/walk on hard surfaces all day for my job and I had horrible feet and lower back problems until I bought these shoes. When I put them on for the first time I felt like I was walking on clouds. I've had these shoes for about 6-7 months and I don't know what I'd do without them. They aren't the most attractive shoes out there, but if you're in a job that does a lot of walking and you don't really care what people think of your shoes at work, then these will be perfect for you! I'm very thankful for Ecco. Also, the fit is true to size.

These are without doubt one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever purchased. My job requires me to be on my feet up to 12-hours a day, and the first day I wore them, I was walking mainly on concrete, with a slightly strained ankle. The shoe provided amazing support that gently but firmly kept my feet aligned so that the strain noticeably lessened, and my feet felt wonderful all day long. Highly recommended, worth the price, and an attractive shoe to boot!

I had foot surgery in Jan. 09 and my foot would still swell from time to time. When I heard that I really needed a good pair of walking shoes for Italy, I started to research walking sandals. It was helpful to read that other people with foot problems bought these shoes and loved them. I bought the black and grey ones that went with everything and the first time I put them on they fit great. I had no problems walking all over Italy. The only negative, like another purchaser, my feet smelled at the end of the day. I have never had smelly feet and I think it had something to do with the material inside of the sandals. I just cleaned them at night and kept on trucking. I would highly recommend these sandals.

I have a small foot with very high instep, and I have trouble getting my foot into some shoes because the opening is not large enough. Buying a larger size is not the solution. The opening of this shoe is generous for easy entry, but it still laces up neatly around my foot. A very comfortable and attractive walking shoe. I like this shoe so much, I bought a second pair.
