Really poor quality control. I'm a size 8 and I bought the Havaiana regulars (not slim) in U.S. 7-8. The shoe was comfortable but a bit too big: a little loose and about 3/4" too long in back. Having been warned about the inconsistent sizing, I ordered two more pairs of Havaiana slim in 37-38 (US 6) and 35-36 (US 4-5). (Zappos didn't have the regular model in a smaller size.) Now I'm more confused. Despite being clearly labeled as 37-38 and 35-36, the two pairs of Havaiana slims were exactly the same size! Except the sole of the smaller sized pair is 1/8" thicker, probably a manufacturing defect. Now I have three pairs of flip-flops and none of them fit. Pretty ridiculous for flip flops at this price! So, if you want to try Havaianas, be ready to try on lots of sizes and probably do lots of returns!

I wanted some plain black flip flops and these are it! They rubbed my foot a bit on the side, but I don't think you are supposed to walk 2 miles in the city in this type of footwear so, that's my bad, not the shoes.

Love these! I just received these shoes and I love them! The design is so pretty and they are super comfortable! I also purchased the Slim Indian Elephant also and I loved those too! I love the little elephant charm and hope that this brand will come out with new styles with charms. They are a cute touch. This is my first purchase of Havaianas and I am a fan for life! This also is my first Zappos pruchase and the shipping was so fast! I received them in 3 days. My only minor complaint is that these shoes don't come in half sizes. I'm an 8 1/2 and I had to order the 9/10 size which is a little bit bigger than needed. But they still fit and I love them and I will continue to purchase this brand and from Zappos!

Elephant love! I just purchased these elephant Havaianas and I love them! They are so cute and very comfortable. I love the elephant design and charm. This is my first time trying this brand and I am definitely a fan for life. I also loved the free shipping! The shipping was so fast and efficient, I had them within 2 days. The only minor complaint I have is with the sizing. I am an 8 1/2 and the shoes don't come in half sizes so I had to purchase the 9/10 which is a tad bit bigger than I need. But they still fit and I will continue to purchase this brand!

I love these. These are actually my first pair of Havaianas. I tried them on, loved them, but didn't buy them. Said I'll find similar ones, because I'm cheap. Went looking over and under all around for a knock off, but could not find any that would satisfy me like these. I cannot say how happy I am to have gotten them. They are very sturdy and reliable. I usually go through 2-3 pairs of sandals every summer here in MN, but with these, it lasted a long time, and since it's chic, it went with all my outfits: shorts, jeans, and skirts. 5 stars. Trust me, once you've tried these, you'll never go back. These are worth the splurge for cheap people, like moi. Enjoy.

I love these sandals, but they are a little bit big and sloppy. My feet tend to push up towards the front of the shoe and then my heel can slip out of the back. So you may want to try a size smaller. Other than that they're a cute and casual. Great with jeans or casual dresses.

Excellent! I have always been a Reef fan, and didn't think I would ever love any other flip flops. These were great and the slim version looks great with dresses. Super comfy, too!

I wear a size 6 or 6.5 in US shoe sizing and the Havaianas size 35/36 (womens size 5/6 US) fit me. These flip flops last a long time.

I received a pair of these from my daughter in CA for my birthday. We live in Colorado and do not wear flip-flops very often. So she wanted me to have a pair for wearing when we went to see her in CA and also her future wedding trip to Hawaii. They are really cute, but do not like the hardness of the soles, but are still wearable. I really can praise your customer service & exchange program. After two returns, was able to get my proper size; first were too small, next were too large and finally the third size was perfect. The sizing #'s etc on the charts do need to be improved, to prevent more accurate sizing & returns. Thanks Zappos for the great customer service.

I love these flipflops. I have worn a wide range of sandals like this, but these are the Cadillac. The straps are nice and smooth so they fit around your foot comfortably. They look great on a tanned foot, the silver color holds up against sand and dust. I wore them in St. Tropez this month, the perfect shoe for a market to beach sort of day. Back at home, they are stylish enough to make me feel dressed up. Love these!

This is my second pair of white slim Havaianas. I'm replacing a pair that I wore almost daily for two summers. The slim band nearly eliminates tan lines on your feet and the foot bed is firm enough to walk on my gravel driveway and not feel the rocks. Love them.

So disappointed with the sizing. I ordered and expected a US womens 11/12, but when I got the product it was way small. It was more like a US 9/10. My heel barely fit in the slipper. And no, I wasn't sent the wrong size. I was sent a 41/42 (US womens 11/12, according to Zappos). Ugh, so disappointed, especially at this price. And the cut is slim, so naturally it's pretty narrow, so really think about it if you have wide feet. I can barely pull these off, but I wear them. Cushion wise, they are comfortable. This slim, metallic straps make them look slightly dressy, which is nice.

I highly recommend these flip flops. I've put off buying Havaianas since they're more expensive than other flip flops. But now I know why, they are soooo much better! Extremely comfortable! I bought them before a caribbean vacation and wore them everyday for 2 weeks. I even wore them four-wheeling! I bought the brown and black and recommend them both. My only complaint was it seemed to run a bit small. I got the size 9/10 and it just barely fits. I could probably wear the 11/12, I'm a 9 1/2 normally.

Love them! Thicker soles and straps than the Slim Line Havaianas (which look much better on my feet). They are comfortable, easy to wear, super cute. My feet don't get tired of wearing them!

The problem I\'ve noticed with these flip flops is that the strap size (fit) varies with each pair. I bought several pairs of these Slim Havaianas in the same size in different colors, but the straps fit differently between them all. The shoe length was fine, so it wasn\'t the size. I really liked this animal print, but the straps were way too loose. I ordered a second pair in the same size, and the straps were fine.

The best flip flop I've ever worn. I walk everywhere on NY pavement. These have not given me any problems like Converses or cheap Old Navy flip flops. Now I've 2 pairs.

I bought these because my other Havaianas, which have a much thicker sole, are not so comfortable and I wanted to give the brand a second chance. They are pretty comfortable. Not necessarily walking shoes, but hey, they're flip flops and good for short distances. All in all, they are pretty cute, I know I'll wear them for a long time to come, and worth the money.

These are great flip-flops, I have been happy with the way they look and are pretty light and comfortable. The price is a little on the high side for a plastic/rubber shoe, but they do seem pretty durable compared to others of the same material. My only complaint is that the sizing is weird, they seem to run pretty small. If you are between two sizes then get the larger one, you will be much happier.

Havaianas are so super cute and comfy, but buyer beware! While Zappos gives you a warning under the product that the size on the box and on the shoe do not match and that they correspond to men's US sizes, the sizing is still misleading! I am a women's US 9. I ordered these in a "39/40 and US womens 9/10". The shoe I received is a men's USA 9 EUR 43/4 and Brazilian 41-42. Nothing on the shoe says 39/40, or even 9/10. If you decide to order Top Havs on this site, my advice is to ignore the European size altogether, and consider what says "womans" to be mens sizes! When they fit, these shoes are fabulous everyday flips and worth the trouble. Good luck getting the right size!

I don't understand what the hype is about these flip-flops. They are okay, but not buttery soft, or incredibly comfortable. The look is sleek and flattering. But the comfort is so-so, not stellar, size 37/8 is a bit large for my size 7 feet, but they do not come in half sizes and figuring out what size to order was difficult. The price is high for just a flip-flop that really is not that special in any respect.

Very nice, many compliments on the white ones with the Brazilian flag colors. Hurt at first, but then either your foot gets used to them or the sandals break out a bit. Very nice. So far so good!
