Works for casual workplaces. The V-neck was a bit more of a plunge than I thought, but overall, a very cute dress. Elasticized empire waist is a plus, the tie in the back is a nice touch and the sleeves are nice and long. Surprisingly, it's not super short! I'm a 0-2 in women's (not junior's) clothing and the XS is snug, but works for a fitted dress.

I searched forever for the perfect biker jacket to replace my old, huge, worn-out one. This Hurley jacket has the classic style I was looking for, and without the bulkiness of actual riding jackets. It fits me like a glove and it looks great. The leather is so thin that I'm afraid I'll rip it, though, and it's definitely not the highest quality. But at less than half the price of other stylish biker jackets, I won't complain! As for fit, I got the XS and the sleeves are quite narrow compared to some other clothing. If you want to wear a sweater under it, go up a size.

Recently my son needed a couple of shirts for an event at school. We live in a very small town with really no clothing stores. We contacted Zappos on a Monday about 6:00 in the evening and needed the shirts by Wednesday afternoon. Needless to say we got the shirts with more than enough time to spare and the shirts are awesome. We talked to 2 different employees on the phone while trying to place our order and both did an excellent job of helping us out. About a week later we also received a card from Zappos thanking us and wishing my son well with being nominated for homecoming king. I have nothing but praise for this company. We have ordered numerous times and have never had any problems. I highly recommend Zappos. Thanks so much.

Weird fit, but it works! I have had a problem finding a "cute" bag for my 17" laptop. This one did not fit it in the actual laptop compartment, but it did fit in the other pocket. Luckily both are totally padded. It didn't work, but it did! The strap isn't the most comfortable, but it works and is fully adjustable. I love all of the pockets and carried all of my electronics with me on the plane. Overall, love it! I think it fits the super "cute" bill while being functional as well! Thank goodness for Zappos.com returns because without it I never would have found this one!

First, I want to say that I am truly amazed at the speed that I received my merchandise from Zappos. I ordered it on Saturday night and it was at my door by 10 am on Monday. As for the bathing suit, I think it is great. It looks great, wears great and dries great. The only thing that I was not aware of was the fact that the bathing suit is not lined. My wife whistles at me every time I get out of the pool; not sure if she sees anything or is just busting my chops. I would buy another one.

I purchased this shirt for my son because he thought it looked awesome. I ordered it in size XL, thinking that it may shrink a bit. Boy, did it ever; it shrunk 2 sizes. I don't recommend this shirt. Thankfully my son has a best friend that wears size medium.

I am delighted with my purchase! I ordered on Saturday; it arrived on Monday (imagine that)! This is a beautiful jacket, at a reasonable price. It's soft and fits perfectly. Most jackets that I have seen in the stores have turned out to be leather imitations, it's so frustrating. I was afraid of the pig-in-a-poke thing, but this is a quality product which I will be enjoying for years to come. Thanks so much!

I just bought this jacket in the sunflower (yellow) about a month ago and it was the perfect addition to my fall wardrobe! It is comfortable and stylish and works great with jeans on my way to class or wearing it out to eat on a dinner date with my boyfriend. The yellow brings a great pop of color to anything. The jacket itself is a great fall coat. Love Zappos! Amazing service and great products!

Great jacket overall. Love the long, lean fit. The classic cut is great with jeans and elegant with skirts. Beware though, this jacket is cut slim. I'm tall and petite, with long arms, so it works great for me. But the silhouette may not be well-suited for fuller figures. It's lightweight enough to throw over a t-shirt, but snuggly with just enough stretch to accommodate layering or a thick sweater underneath. The collar buttons up for extra warmth at the neck. And buttons are riveted into the fabric, not sewn, so they're extra secure.

I purchased this jacket a couple of weeks ago and have just started wearing it for the fall season. I love this jacket! Its updated style is a great look with jeans or dress pants. Also looks great with pants tucked into boots. Pretty true to size and the arms are long which is also a great look. Zappos speedy delivery and excellent customer service makes it easy and convenient to order!

I bought this backpack/suitcase twinset so that I could carry my books and small items back and forth between my law school and my apartment. It looked super cute, well, more like super cool and tough girl chic, when I first got it, and I had high hopes. My eyes had deceived me. The backpack started wearing and finally fell apart in less than three weeks. The right shoulder strap tore away from the backpack completely and the front pocket exhibited a tear-hole that began small (negligible, I thought, and I resolved to simply deal with it because I didn't want to go through the hassle of making a return) and ended up big enough to render the zipper useless and all its contents glaringly public. So I called Zappos, wary and a bit timid because I had never done this customer-service-return thing before, and Zappos was amazing. Wow. They were amazing. I exchanged my defunct Hurley item for a beautiful new Jansport and, voila, I am now a very happy, very loyal Zappos customer. Your customer service quality control / customer satisfaction procedures have won me over, Zappos, and you ain't so bad yourself. Two thumbs up for Zappos. Two thumbs up for Hurley as a snowboard/skateboard/sports brand. But no thumbs for this Hurley backpack. It's strong enough to hold a sock, and the story ends there.

I bought these shoes to replace another pair of cute flats that I wear to work every day. I work in a restaurant so I need a pair of cute, comfy shoes since I spend most of my day walking. It took about 2 or 3 days to break these in. I put Band-Aids on my heels to prevent blistering and I cut the elastic straps because they were pinching the tops of my feet (plus the shoes are way cuter without the strap). Now I love them! They aren't very supportive, but what do you expect when you buy flats?

Fabric was lighter than expected, but cute print. Button across chest gapped in most model photos I saw and it did in person as well, fixed that by just layering and leaving it open.

I got the utility green color (since all of my other jackets seem to be black) and it arrived yesterday. It looks very nice on, not slouchy like a hoodie/sweat jacket, but it moves similar to a cross between a hoodie and a jean jacket. The material is stiffer (in a good way) than that of a hoodie and it has a great shape to it. I wore it out to dinner with jeans and a nice top and boots. It helped to dress up the jeans such that I think I can wear it to work without anyone even thinking of it as anything close to a hoodie! It is much more stylish than a casual hoodie, but just as comfortable as one. As for warmth, I live in Arizona and we do get some chilly nights. I am often cold and found this to be the perfect jacket, somewhere between a lightweight workout jacket and a leather jacket.

I was looking for something to cover my stomach without having to wear a one piece swimsuit. I'm usually a medium but ordered a small by a mistake and it fit perfectly. It covers the front nicely while the back is open, so you're not totally covered up. It's a very cute top. I love shopping at Zappos, fast shipping and free returns with NO HASSLE!
