These J-41s are fantastic! Just got my second pair in "apple green." Also have them in gray. They are the most comfortable shoes I own! I have never ever been stopped by so many people inquiring about where I found these shoes! They are a must! Zappos of course, is great!

Great/comfortable shoes. This is my 4th pair of J-41s; they\'re always comfortable, and I was excited to see that they had come out with a more work-appropriate style. I\'ve worn mine for two days straight now, and while I\'m experiencing a little break-in period where my pinky toes are being squished a little bit, I can feel the shoes stretching, and other than this little squeeze, these are amazingly comfortable. I feel like I could walk all day in them, which is certainly not the case for most heels that I own. I took the advice of other buyers and got 1/2 size larger than I usually get; my heel slips a little now, but I don\'t think I could have fit in my usual size. I\'m very pleased with my shoes and would highly recommend them to others. Much cuter in person than online.

Love the style, sporty everyday, but can bump up to cool dressy. Nice height with no mega heel effect, nice design and this is a great brand. I have other models, but the shoe is sort of heavy and flops off the back of the heel. Doesn't stay on the foot when you walk! Also a tad big and that doesn't help. I usually wear an 8, but even a half size less may have cramped the toe. Sorry to send them back because everything else is the perfect all 'round shoe.

When I saw these shoes at Zappos I just had to have them. Of course, Zappos was great and I received them the next day. So disappointed. They fit well, and are just darling! The problem? They squeak really loudly when you walk in them. I've had a pair of squeaky shoes before and had to get rid of them they annoyed me so much. Sorry, both the Journey and the Jasper are going back. Thank you Zappos for your excellent service.

I love these shoes! I have the brown J-41 Grand and they look so cute with jeans. They are very comfortable with a nice arch and a generous pad.\r\nI have one small problem with the top opening of the shoe seems to fall right on the top of my foot\r\njoint. However that may be my foot shape and I would tell anyone to give these a try!

I love these shoes. Very comfortable. I could walk all day in these shoes. I get compliments on them every time I wear them. You will, however, need to order these at least 1/2 size larger than you typically wear.

These are my new favorite shoes! Every time I wear these shoes I receive tons of compliments on them. This is my third pair of J-41 shoes and they have all been wonderful. This style does run a half to whole size small. I normally wear a 8.5-9 and the 9.5 fit perfectly.

Tried these on in a local shoe store and they did not have my size in the gray color so I thought I\'d try Zappos. Sure enough. Zappos delivered!\r\n\r\nThey are as comfy as heels can be. I am a high school teacher and I walk the line between having fashionable shoes and comfortable shoes. These fall nicely in that gray area (pun intended). \r\n\r\nI like the contrasting colored stitching (the gray has a lovely pale blue stitched border). I also have the brown with the pink and those are lovely too. \r\n\r\nI usually wear a 9.5 but felt like I needed the 10 because the heel height made my foot move forward smashing my toes. I end up with a little extra room at the heel; however, due to the nature of my job (I am on my feet almost all day), I\'d rather have extra toe room and a little heel slippage.\r\n\r\nI get lots of compliments on these shoes from co-workers and even from students at my all-boys high school.

Very stylish and cute shoe! This shoe does run about 1/2 size small so order up, even with it being backless. I am on my feet all day at work, and this shoe gives me a little extra height without the pain of wearing actual heels. It looks good with skirts and with pants. The floral pattern on the arch gives it a special little kick; all of my co-workers loved it.

I know people don't think it gets cold in California, but I live in the northern part and when I'm out on yard duty in winter, it gets very cold! I've only worn them a few times, but I've worn them all day with no aching feet! I love this brand because they provide padding on the ball of your foot as well as the heel. This way I get a little bit of height without the discomfort of my foot being stretched. I have never been disappointed in the J-41 brand (this is my third pair of this brand).

Bought these for my 75 year old mother as she was planning a theater tour in London. She was complaining about there being no comfortable dress shoes. I have two pairs of the Journey (black & purple) and have never had a more comfortable shoe. I'm a hair stylist for 28 years and have terrible feet to show for it! She called from her trip and mentioned how great the shoes are! Bought my daughter the grey, too. I want red next!

I have a 11-month old and am always on the go to mom\'s groups and traveling, so I need comfortable shoes. I find myself to be a fashionable person and I hate sneakers as well. I\'ve been looking for a while for some good shoes for months now. I finally found them. They are warm, comfortable, give me a little height, and good for the changing seasons. You do need to order a size bigger. I got the brown and now my mom and some other friends want a pair! I almost didn\'t come back with them from my trip to Maryland since my they were all trying to steal them from me! Great job Zappos, quality product.

I love these shoes! They are very comfortable and look good with pants and skirts. The heel gives me the height I so desperately need, but doesn\'t hurt my feet or ankles in any way.

This is a fabulous shoe that works well will dresses and jeans. I get compliments every time I wear these shoes. They run large, which is great for someone like me who has wide feet. Order a half to full size down. I am a teacher and on my feet all day. These shoes meet the comfort test and them some.

Comfortable, modern, and cute! I love the way these look. The little faux shearling part is adorable and stylish. I thought they would have slightly better arch support, but overall they are super comfortable and have an excellent tread, which I think will be great for hiking, or ice/snow/mud.

I ordered two J-41s at the same time. The "Grand" fit in a 1/2 size larger than I would normally get (8 instead of 7 1/2 in my case), but this "Jasper" is still not fitting right. It's so cute that I'm sending it back for yet a 1/2 size again larger. My recommendation: because these open-backed ones have a little lip at the heel, get a full size larger than your regular size. Adorable shoe!

These are cute, comfortable, and really, really warm. Great with skirts, jeans, slacks. Very fun detailing. I did have to exchange them for a larger size. I am almost always an 8.5, but had to exchange for a half-size up. The 9s fit perfectly. Also, my toe does tend to slip down and hit the front a bit.... not enough to make them really uncomfortable, but just enough to annoy me a little.
