I was so excited when I ordered my size 5 pair in the black/grey. When I received them, I was a bit disappointed because the calf part was too wide. Fit 1/2 size bigger. Overall quality of the boot seems nice, but looks kind of funky over my pants. Will return them for a pair of hunter's kids size 3 boot.

This is the second time I have purchased this shoe for my son. They are classic white leather shoes. We have found them to be well made and very durable. We only needed to replace them when he outgrew the first pair.

This shoe is very fancy and fit my look perfectly. It is solid black if you can't tell from the picture. The strap is well; it adds to the glowing effect. The golden brand symbol is shiny and shows off. Overall, this shoe is great. It doesn't crease easily as the other Lacoste shoes. When I ordered this pair of shoes, I noticed 2-3 small strings. Well, no problem, but then I noticed around the bottom and sides of the rubber part there were white spots on it. I thought, let me scratch it off, but it was what was underneath the actual black bottom sole part. It seems like they painted it black and forgot to color in some of the spots. Anyway, I took a black Sharpie on it; problem solved. Somewhat cheaply made, but overall I love the shoes.

This shoe is very comfortable and has great looks. The shoe is true to size, not like other Lacoste shoe styles that come one size smaller. This shoe has one big flaw: it wrinkles in the top-front of it very quickly. Just after a few minutes walking with these shoes, the wrinkle marks in the front were quite visible. I guess it is the way the leather is treated. Unfortunately, the wrinkles are quite visible and makes the shoe looks like it has been worn for months!

These are lovely, classic, substantial flats. They run a bit large, and I had to return them and got 1/2 size smaller, which are perfect.

I love this shoe. I receive more compliments on it than any other shoe I own. I suggest ordering a half-size larger than you normally would, as I had to exchange the first pair I purchased. It should also be noted that they are extremely narrow, so they probably wouldn\'t work for a wider foot.

Wonderful, compact purse! I ordered the Sea Blue and it\'s even prettier than the pictures. It\'s light weight and made out of PVC, which is so cool. Should be a very durable purse - perfect for everyday use.\r\n\r\nZappos has the best service! Polite and cheerful people taking orders. Returns are very easy. What a great company. Service is king at Zappos!

The look of the shoe is nice; a little too fat and not as slim as I prefer, but in general is stylish. My biggest issue is that the back of the shoe rides up and rubs against the back of your foot. It actually made me bleed! Who ever heard of a sneaker making you bleed?! I am a teacher of young children and wanted something stylish, semi-professional, but above all else comfortable. I was so disappointed when these shoes did not follow through. I will try to wear them again with thicker socks and perhaps some band-aids.

This is a great buy! If you are looking for something pretty comfortable, very stylish, and great padding protection for your laptop then this bag is for you. I get compliments everyday at school about it. It holds all my books for my classes and some odd and ends in the front and back zipper pockets. It's a great buy if you want something to protect your items and look great at the same time.

The shoe itself is an average walking shoe. Not a lot of support in the sole area and legs actually ache after an hour or two on your feet. I receive many compliments on the shoe design, however, and that is the main reason for the purchase so I am a satisfied customer. Zappos rocks! I have ordered from this site multiple times and Zappos has yet to disappoint. I always get free Overnight shipping and the products that are delivered are always as advertised. No defects or wrong size, has happened before on lesser websites, believe it or not.

More of a *man purse* than airline bag. Anything Lacoste usually works well for me. The quality and style are great, but actually a little small for overnighting, more like a man purse rather than a true airline bag. I should have checked the dimensions though.

I bought these flip flops at the beginning of the summer and have been wearing them almost everyday since. They are so comfy and there was no break-in period so I never had to deal with sore feet. I think I'm going to buy another pair to make sure I have fresh pair for next spring/summer.

These shoes are awesome. Agree with everyone else..half a size longer. The width is slightly narrower, so you might want to compensate for that. Very soft brown leather. I wear them for running errands.

These shoes are really beautiful and super comfortable. I am constantly on my feet at work and these shoes are not only awesome to look at but they don't pinch or hurt at all. I have been looking for a wedge with a rubber sole that does not look sporty or cheesy and doesn't have that little girl round toe and these fit the bill! As usual I got them in 24 hours from Zappos, nice job guys! The right shoe is slightly larger than the left, but with some inserts the problem was easily rectified. The shoes are quite expensive and not what I would normally pay, but the quality is so amazing that I believe they were a wise choice.

René LACOSTE entered the legend of tennis when he and his team-mates
"The Musketeers", stole the Davis Cup away from the Americans for the
first time, in 1927. Not forgetting his 3 French Open victories (1925, 1927 and the ROLAND-GARROS stadium in 1929), his two victories in Great Britain (WIMBLEDON 1925 and 1928) and two U.S. OPEN titles at Forest Hills (1926 and 1927).
René LACOSTE was born in France on 2nd July 1904 and died on 12th
October 1996. The true story of the "Crocodile" begins in 1927. René
LACOSTE liked to recount how his nickname became an emblem recognized
throughout the world.
I was nicknamed "the Alligator" by the American press, after I made a
bet with the Captain of the French Davis Cup Team concerning a
suitcase made from alligator skin. He promised to buy it for me if I
won a very important match for our team. The public must have been fond of this nickname which conveyed the tenacity I displayed on the tennis courts, never letting go of my prey!"
"So my friend Robert GEORGE drew a 'crocodile' which I then had
embroidered on the blazer I wore on the courts."
An attentive spectator at René LACOSTE's Davis Cup matches was the winner of the BRITISH Womens golf title, Mademoiselle Simone THION de la CHAUME, who soon became his wife and constant support.
In 1933, René LACOSTE and André GILLIER, the owner and President of
the largest French knitwear manufacturing firm of that time, set up a
company to manufacture the logo-embroidered shirt. The champion had
designed this for his own use on the tennis court, as well as a number of other shirts for tennis, golf and sailing - as can be seen in the first catalogue, produced in 1933.
To the best of our knowledge, this was the first time that a brand
name appeared on the outside of an article of clothing - an idea which has since become extremely successful.
This shirt revolutionized mens sportswear and replaced the woven
fabric, long-sleeved, starched classic shirts.The first LACOSTE shirt
was white, slightly shorter than its counterparts, had a ribbed
collar, short sleeves with ribbed bands and was made of a light
knitted fabric called "Jersey petit piqué".
Today, it continues to offer the same quality, comfort and solidity on which it built its name and which constitute its uniqueness.
