Very cute shoes. I was disappointed they run so small. My toes were squished! Definitely order up if you don\'t want to try two sizes. I haven\'t decided if I will try again with a bigger size.

I should've never ordered these! Normally I wear a 10M without my orthotic so having read that they run small, I ordered the 10.5W and could barely squeeze my foot in. I couldn't zip them at all. They look really small, like an 8N. I'm returning them tomorrow! These are okay looking, but the soles look cheap and definitely not worth the price. I give up on boots this year.

Love these shoes! Extremely comfortable right out of the box with no break in period. Rugged and professional at the same time. I work in the agriculture nursery business and these shoes are great for the field or the office. Plus, Zappos is a first class business! Never had a bad experience with them and always fully cater to my needs. Fast shipping and always a pleasure doing business with them.

I have worn this shoe maybe 6 or 7 times and do find it to be comfortable, but it has a weird cushy feel to it. I haven't been able to put my finger on it; and it isn't uncomfortable, just different. I was hugely disappointed, though, to see that they are wearing very noticeably. The heel is showing a good deal more wear than I would expect for the relative age of the shoe.

Cute boot - I always am looking for wide width boots, so I was happy to find these. They are cute and comfortable. They aren't as wide as some other brands; if you have a really wide foot they probably won't work for you. There isn't a whole lot of cushioning or arch support. Overall, I like them.

The style is nice and the shoe looked okay when I got it, but the fit on this shoe is horrible. I bought a 13 (my normal size that works in every other brand of shoe) and I couldn't even squeeze my feet into them. This seems to be a problem across the board with Lassen shoes. Be forewarned, they run very small.

These shoes are absolutely adorable and comfortable. They run true to size, so if you wear a 6.5, don\'t order a 7. Even the 6.5 has room for socks.

I was very impressed with Zappos service! I got my shoes fast and everything was okay. The shoes are not as comfortable as I thought. I thought the shoes were about the same quality as the Born shoes, but they are not.

Too tight and cheap looking. Should have listened to other reviews, but shoe is very narrow over the shoe part is very uncomfortable. Also the leather and the sole do look cheap and can't imagine that they will last long and especially for the price. I'm exchanging for another shoe.

Too narrow in the toe box, it was easily stretched. Very comfortable. I bought cognac; it is a pleasant color. Leather is soft, good quality. I expect to get many years of use out of this boot. Good price and real leather.

The boot is very nice and fits well but the leather is very cheaply made and after just several wearings there began to be very harsh signs of aging in the shoe. The leather began to rip and the stitching of the shoe began to unravel. I would have opted for a boot that would last longer had I known.

I usually wear an 8, but often need an 8.5 in anything with much of a heel. Based on the previous comments, I ordered these in a 9 and they would not stay on my feet. Too big overall, although the toe box was a bit snug and may be uncomfortable when I receive the correct size.

These run really small. I ordered these in a 9.5 and a 10, because I usually wear a 9.5, but sometimes wear a 10 for things that run small. But I could barely even fit into the 10! If I had to reorder again, I think I might have fit into a 10.5 or 11, which is an entire size/size and a half bigger than I usually wear. So buy these bigger than you think. Also, they are a sort of awkward height. They don't quite make it up to the knees, but aren't quite ankle boots. I'm really tall, so that looked sort of silly on me, but maybe that would suit other body types. While I did not wear them outside or anything, they did seem like they would have pretty good traction.

Lassen Rochira - First let my compliment Zappos on their service. I received these in three days! The shoe is very cute, very comfortable, and I ordered my usual size/w and had no problem. The width is perfect, although I have wide feet and the length is exactly right.

A little small on the calf - I typically have trouble finding boots that fit my calves, so I ordered these in a size larger than I normally wear, but I was still unable to zip them up all the way.

Great, cute boots. For fashion-conscious but comfort-minded ladies, these are fun boots. Obviously won\'t stand up to any winter wear, as they are not lined and soft suede on the outside. But, on a dry cool fall day, these are sweet with a skirt. 4 stars overall because the ties are a little long and not sure how to tie them stylishly.

These boots are incredibly comfortable and have just enough of the baggy look to be in style without looking sloppy. The only thing I don't like is that the outside decorative buckle catches (and tears) my tights when I cross my legs. I have to put some nail polish or something stronger like an epoxy to not only keep the bucket flat, but to smooth out the straight piece that gets caught on my tights.

These are extremely comfortable, but they make your feet look like cloven hooves. I feel sort of like a cow when I wear them. They are excellent quality, however, and extremely comfortable. Just not even remotely stylish.

I am loving these boots! Just what I've been looking for, but not in the $300 range. Super comfy, fit is perfect (I have a narrow foot). I love the plain look of these boots and the sole is not too bulky or high. I highly recommend these boots if you're looking for something with not a lot of frills.

These came just in time for a trip that included a lot of outdoor activities. The toebox on the right shoe was a teensy bit tight, but after a day of wearing them it was fine. Other than that, these boots were very comfortable in a variety of circumstances. Definitely a well-made boot and I\'ll look for this brand again.

These boots look good. I do have wide feet and they felt a bit snug the first time I wore them, but were still pretty comfortable. I do feel like they will stretch a bit with more wear, but I don\'t think I\'ll be able to wear thick socks with them.

Don't wear in the rain. Although these boots are attractive on, they are comfortable. But you can't wear 'em in the rain; water goes right through. And I don't mean stepping in puddles, because I try to avoid 'em. A waste of money.

First of all, the product was fabulous; fit perfectly (like walking on air and this was never possible for me), looks great and makes my far-from-perfect-feet look quite good. Zappos' service was over the top. I have never received anything so fast. I highly recommend for anyone with "problem" feet, who still wants to wear a comfortable and great looking modern sandal.
