Great shoes -
I recently purchased these shoes for my three year old son. He has XW feet so it's difficult to find shoes that fit well. These shoes fit him great! They are coordinated well with his clothes and easy to put on and take off! I would recommend these shoes.

It just didn't fit -
I ordered this sneaker for my 8 yr old daughter who wears a size 3 and she couldn't even get her foot into the sneaker. I checked and double checked to see if I received the correct size. The sneaker is very narrow and I guess you need to order up a size. I'm returning it today and getting another brand of sneaker from Zappos for my daughter.

Love this shoe, love the brand -
I love these shoes! It’s our second pair for our son. They are lightweight, offer good support, are well constructed, and cute. Excellent choice of colors. We have bought cheaper shoes for him before, but the quality and comfort just isn't the same. These are really outstanding and I will buy this brand again.

Another Hit from Stride Rite!
All I wanted was a basic shoe without blinky lights, but not entirely all white, with velcro. This fit the bill (which is actually a pretty hard bill to fit when you go looking for it!). My daughter is just learning how to put on & take off her own shoes & these are perfect! They are easy for her to practice & she loves the butterfly design so she always wants to wear them. They are also comfortable for her to wear!

So disappointed!
My son, who is autistic and very particular about his shoes, picked these out himself. They looked great and I was thrilled! However, two months into the school year and they are falling apart! The seams around the rubber piece on the front have almost completely come unraveled. They just can't hold up to an active child's lifestyle. I will not be repurchasing and have begun the search for something to replace these awful shoes!

Great shoes -
My son has always had a wider foot and New Balance have always been the most comfortable shoe for him. He likes the all white look so 5 stars from him, but I prefer a little bit of color! As long as he is happy, I am happy. Zappos is the best way to shop for shoes!!

After careful study of the available shoes that I was searching for, I decided to call the children's shoe specialist. She was most helpful and the shoes she recommended arrived promptly and seem to be perfect. The non slip feature was paramount and so far they seem fine. Thanks again.

Great shoe, weak LED lights -
My 3.5 year old daughter needed some light up shoes to replace the previous Skechers she had outgrown. These seemed like the best pair available. Was glad to find them, but I'm pretty disappointed in the current LED lights, which have about one fifth the brightness of her last pair; even in total darkness you can only see the lights if you're specifically staring at them and know they're there - they do not serve a safety function nor have that "wow" effect. Her previous model (white Skechers with red and blue LEDs) were very bright and would catch your attention from 100' away and people would comment how cool they were. Other than the lights being almost useless, the shoe has a nice design and fits well. Probably won't order Skechers again unless they return to quality lights.

Fun, Sturdy, True to Size, Great Shoe -
Very happy w/shoe, great quality and very cool for an eight year old boy. This website is incredible; I ordered shoes after dinner and had them the next morning when I came into work. Great customer service, too.

GREAT SHOES -
My 2 yr old loves them...my son is autistic, therefore he has some balance and poor tone issues...well after his physical therapist recommended to buy New Balance shoes...he has been able to run without falling. We bought one more pair of a different model...we will continue to buy New Balance, we used to buy Pediped and love the looks, but didn't provide proper support...we will buy next NB sesame street ones, they look FUN! And we love Zappos.com they have GREAT customer service.

Shoe vs. Zappos -
We ordered this shoe for our 6 year old boy, because of its cool appearance, and because it was from Merrell. Within three weeks, the velcro detached from the strap. The GREAT news is ZAPPOS replaced the shoes HASSLE FREE. My son loves these shoes and the replacements seem to be holding up very well. ZAPPOS is the best - all the way around.

Great everyday shoe -
My son has had these shoes for 3 months now and they still look great. His foot is narrow with an average arch and they fit very well. I was not sure how the velcro closure in lieu of the standard lace would hold... but it's fine and saves so much time. My son loves the look and so does his 5 year old brother. I'm ordering another pair. My husband also wears nothing but Merrell... great shoes.

Good Shoe if worn correctly -
I bought this shoe in brown during the summer of 2008 for the back to school season. This shoe is good, true to size, and very comfortable. It comes with 4 pairs of laces in all (2 white 2 brown) which is nice... The bad things are that the brown goes well with very few things, it is made with no leather, and it only looks good if bar laced. I wore this shoe outside and I steeped in the mud. BIG MISTAKE. It took a while to get the mud of and it stained the shoe!
Overall very good shoe and I would by DC shoes again.
