What fantastic service! If you check back on my account you will see that I have ordered 2 pairs of Uggs (1 returned for size), and a red Fossil handbag. I ordered the handbag on Labor Day and got the customary email from you. I was expecting a 4-5 day delivery time, and was a bit concerned as I'm returning to the UK on Saturday and thought I might not get it in time. The bag arrived on Tuesday, 1 day after I ordered it. I am highly delighted. The bag is great, the service I received was completely unexpected, and all of you in the operational departments should be really proud of the great service you gave. Believe me, I work in mail order and know how it all works and where it can go wrong. You at Zappos are obviously doing something right!
