Dear Zappos, I just had to write. I am so blown away with the speedy delivery of my order that I placed YESTERDAY! I am so excited and never expected that my order would be delivered so quickly. Thank you SO MUCH, Zappos is awesome. I was so thrilled, I went around and told everyone in my office about my experience. Surprisingly several folks had not heard of Zappos - but THEY DO NOW! I am anxious to go back online and see what else I can order. It's easier than driving to the mall in Houston to pick it up. Thanks again so much for exemplary service. Millions of other online providers could learn so much from your service policy. And P.S. - I loved the flap on the box that says "Packed with Happiness". I felt happy to receive it!
