Honestly, I wish I had your CEO's email address. I would really like to inform him how great his employees are. I have been ordering from ZAPPOS for some time now and must say I have never been disappointed. Yes, I have had to return items that I may not have liked, but in regards to your service, ZAPPOS staff is absolutely wonderful! There is obviously great team effort to continue providing service so well from website, to orders, to returns, etc. With times changing so, it is important to continue such great service and keep loyal customers.
