I cannot tell you how pleasantly surprised I was when my local florist delivered a get well bouquet to my home. When I read the card it brought such amazement to my heart that a company like Zappos would send a bouquet. I had ordered for my husband and was trying to get him some good walking shoes. He has a high arch and I need shoes with a good support system. So I ordered a variety of Eccoshoes thinking one or two would be right. When I called customer service to get a return label, the lady told me she could connect me to someone to help with the high arch problem. I just explained that I was just home from back surgery and I did not feel well enough to make those decisions today. I told her thank you and I would reorder later, then to my joy, the beautiful bouquet came. I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart.
