I watched you on Oprah the other night here in Australia and just wanted to say you inspired me to think outside the box and have faith in your dreams. Your quote of "have passion in what you do, not the money, and the money will follow" is very true. Your motto on Customer Service just doesn't exist anymore and I think it's great you think so highly of it. The fact you have a single desk in the general foyer to your employees is so grounding.
