I just saw you on OPRAH and I love your ideas about working as a TEAM. I am always asked that question on interviews... can you work well with others and be a teamplayer. Of course my answer is... I am a leader and I can bring more than one quality to the team, however, you just don't see this concept in a work place... anymore! Now that I know about your company... I will spread the word.
