Dear Customer Service, This is the 2nd purchase I've made this week at Zappos. My 1st order was for a pair of Timberlandwork boots that my 5 yr twin DAUGHTER (who wanted to have boots like Daddy) wanted so badly. I cannot believe how quickly they arrived. She is thrilled with them and cannot thank me enough. Today I ordered her twin sister, who is very girly, a pair of sneakers. Already, I received an email that the order has been picked, ready to be shipped and being sent priority. Believe me, it saves me so much aggravation because I've had to deal with "Thing 2".
