 |  | I recently was looking for some Ugg slippers in black and ended up ordering them directly from another site (who charges shipping both ways). When I called to cancel the order, they would not let me. I was obligated. I knew about your site and the free shipping both ways. I guess I should have stuck with my original plan and ordered from Zappos. I saw the interview with your CEO today on Oprah and was very impressed with your idea of customer service. I myself have had many bad experiences with customer service over the years. I think from this point forward I will only order from Zappos. I so much appreciate the fact that customer service comes first. If and when I move to Henderson, Nevada, the first thing I am doing is applying for a job with your company.
