Standing for long periods -
This was a great shoe right out of the box as most of Softspots are; however, that same day; I had a family emergency that required me to be at the hospital standing for long periods of time. These shoes still held up on the comfort level. The slightly higher heel that what I usually wear caused a little pain, but for normal office wear - it’s great.

Not narrow enough -
I usually wear an AA and these are not narrow enough - more like a narrow B. Look they are made well, too bad!

A decent shoe -
Bought this shoe as something to wear in the interim while a stress fracture healed in my foot. Needed something backless---my regular shoes with heels were too painful to wear. This is a decent enough shoe for the office, ran true to size, not the pillow for my foot that I was seeking, but still a good shoe. I'd recommend it as a comfortable shoe to wear in the office.

Great Shoe - Great Value -
I have heel spurs and need good arch support. This shoe provides adequate support and is very comfortable. Looks good with slacks as well as skirts.

I liked the look and comfort; be aware that it runs really wide. I usually wear either an 8 1/2B and sometimes 8W. I tried both and ended up returning and reordering. The 8B was too short, but the 8 1/2 AA fit nicely so it's a keeper. Sofft - which for me runs truer to size - has a similar design (Camille), but I liked the look of the heel on this one better.

Sheer Comfort -
This one was comfort right out of the box. I tried it on and walked through the house, I even cooked dinner while wearing it and it felt good while standing. I work in the health field profession and walking, standing is an essential. Heel is just the right size and the color is the perfect blue. This shoe can be worn with pants or a skirt and will look great with either.

Shoe fit and very comfortable. I noticed right away the black suede on the heel bled onto my feet.

Not quite as comfortable as I had hoped.
I was really hoping that this shoe would be it. I suffer from ball-of-foot pain and hoped this shoe would be extra padded to relieve my pain. Unfortunately after just a couple of hours, I was very uncomfortable. The shoe is attractive with jeans. I will continue to wear them during times that I do not have to do a lot of walking and standing.

A perfect Fit -
I have a similar pair of clogs in brown and was looking for something in black to go with suits. These are just dressy enough to work and very, very comfortable! I have a wide foot and the availability in a wide size is also great. A little pricey but overall a perfect fit for me.

Great Shoe - Being in the medical field, I walk a lot and I need to have a comfortable shoe. I seen this shoe a few times and finally ordered it. I got the shoe in blue and put it on as soon as it arrived. This shoe is comfortable and when I wore it I got so many compliments. The color looks good and the style just wreaks comfort. They are true to size and are just the right height to walk in all day if needed. Skirts, pants it does not matter what, it still looks good and feels GREAT!!! Way to go ZAPPOS!!!

Comfortable and Attractive - I purchased the Aurora shoes in all colors and will never regret it. Besides being comfortable, the shoes are attractive and really expensive and exclusive looking in appearance.

I usually wear a 7M but in this I ordered a 7N which was a touch wide, and the length may be a tad short. The aubergine is a beautiful plum color. I decided to return these because I was looking for something less round. These have a tiny bit of dowdiness in them. However they are well made and the pillow top is incredibly comfortable.

My review for Aurora -
I love the shoe- I also bout it in navy. I have bad feet-some surgeries, hammertoes, and bunions complicated by arthritis. So my once normal size 10N has become 10W. I freaked at ordering WIDE shoes, but after returning the 10M, Zappos sent the 10W and they feel much better, plus I love the way they look. The only shoes that have virtually no pain for me are flip-flops, and sometimes even they hurt. The Aurora is a very comfortable shoe and the first shoe with any type of heel I've worn in years. Very soft in-sole. I love them. And Zappos makes it SO easy to return. Good choice.

Mary Poppins: Practically, but Not Quite Perfect -
I bought three pair, just in case they worked. Step into them, and they are incredibly comfy. But I am a teacher, and I had to walk across campus several times. They are too high to walk long distances for me. They made my bunion worse; they created blisters on my big and little toes. I sent two back that I hadn't used and kept the one pair I had. If I use them to stand around in the classroom, comfy, great-looking--disguise the bunion. If I have to walk far in them, no good. So, great for style, looks, disguise big and wide feet; can't see bunions, true to size.
Just don't walk too far in them, and your feet will rejoice.

Review of Softspots Shoe -
I recently purchase these Softspots I have had multiple lower back surgeries and I always try to wear shoes that do not put my back in spasm I have found it in this shoe. They are true to size and are extremely comfortable even the first time wearing. I highly recommend this shoe to anyone but especially to folks that need a tie of shoe that is low impact on your body and comfortable. Zappos customer service by the way is superb. They delivery is prompt and if the size is wrong they are able to ship next day with no charge to the customer. Great PR

Prettier than the picture -
This is a very comfortable shoe, and great for fall weather. The detailing is very pretty, which does not show up very well in the photos.

Perfect for me!
I have the hardest time walking with even the slightest heel since my knee replacement surgery. I didn't even wobble once in these. Very comfortable for the first time I put them on. Perfect under pants.

Nice, but heel a bit high -
The shoes felt great, but after walking a few steps in them, I realized that for me personally, the heel was a bit higher than I would prefer. It pitches me forward which makes it difficult to walk with confidence. I am keeping them because they are soft, stylish, and unusual and the footbed is very comfy. I just don't wear them as often as I thought I might. To note, I have flat feet and certain heels really give me a hard time.

Very comfortable and cute shoe!! The detailing on the top makes the shoe interesting. The footbed is extremely soft. This shoe looks great with jeans or slacks. Very happy with this shoe!
