Poor quality -
I bought these shoes from a department store because I love how they look. After a few times of wearing them, the heel started to peel off. I went back to the store and as always, they had excellent customer service and they exchanged them. I wore the new pair for one day and the same thing happened AGAIN! These shoes are on the expensive side and this SHOULD NOT happen. Unless you want to pay EXTRA to have the sole reattached, steer clear.

Adorable and comfy!
These shoes are comfortable and so cute. I can't believe how small they make my foot look and I have a large foot. Love them. Fit true to size and width.

Nice Looking Shoe, but has a problems -
I love the look of this shoe. However, on the first day of wearing the shoe, the heel fell off the sole of the shoe. Since I was traveling for business, I had to take it to a shoe repair place to have the heel repaired. Needless to say, I was not very happy considering the amount of money I paid for this shoe. I haven't had a problem since and I still think the shoe looks good; I just with there was more quality control in place. Comfort is good, but I gave a 3 rating based on quality.

Not only did you get my message, change the shipping address, fill the order, but you ALSO managed to have my daughter's shoes to her the very next day after my evening order. It took less than 24 hours for her to be wearing those shoes (which she really needed - just had a baby...nothing fits top or bottom...you women know!). I am way beyond impressed with your service. My daughter is delighted with her shoes. I am telling everyone at work that you guys are magicians – polite, friendly magicians who pull really high quality stuff out of your hats!
