Pretty average. I bought these for riding my motorcycle; the high ankle-height and anti-skid soles attracted me. But it's a good thing that I'll be riding and not walking – I have high arches, and these boots offer no arch support at all. Nada. The size and width are true, though, as I was able to order 7.5W and they fit. Got them on clearance, and with Zappos's return policy, I can't say anything bad about the price – comparable to buying them in a shoe store without the trouble of leaving the house.

 |  | Wow. I placed an order online in Seattle yesterday at 2pm and this morning before I finished my first cup of coffee a UPS guy was standing in front of me with my shoes. I was going to ask if he had a shoehorn and could put my shoes on, because it was almost like being in a shoe store it was so fast. And best of all, it was free shipping. I feel like leaving you guys a tip or something. But I’ll tell you what, 3 other people in my office saw what went down and they were all on Zappos today shopping and I know they told a few friends.
