OUTSTANDING - not something you say these days about most service/retail businesses. Easy access, an honest review section, FAST shipping, and super easy returns. Most importantly, when you do have to call Zappos, you don't have to push "0" a hundred times to talk to someone. Every customer service person has been super cool and you can tell they take pride in working for the big Z.
