I saw one of the owner's on Oprah and I have to say, owning my own company, I was really impressed with his customer care. My next order will be for a pair of Toms if you carry them. If not, you should try and get them. Also, I really liked his philosophy about the employees and keeping everything so relaxed, stress free (as much as possible), and respect for each other. I'll pass this on to everyone I know. The fact that you don't charge for shipping either way has won me over. What a great idea b/c who is going to order a lot of shoes without trying them on, but I will always try shoes on elsewhere, but order from you. Again congrats on a great company.
