	Honestly, I wish I had your CEO's email address. I would really like to inform him how great his employees are. I have been ordering from ZAPPOS for some time now and must say I have never been disappointed. Yes, I have had to return items that I may not have liked, but in regards to your service, ZAPPOS staff is absolutely wonderful!
