I love these sandals! I originally bought them in the brown and loved them so much that I had to get them in black, too. I pretty much wear them every day. They are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn. Can't say enough good things about them. Cute and comfortable; what more can you ask for?

I was really excited to get these shoes because they are casual enough to wear on the weekends, yet nice enough for work. I do have to say that I needed break in time for them, as the toe thong did hurt the first few days. Now broken in, they are very comfortable. My first Dr. Martens, I'll be back for more!

Love these shoes!!!
I just got my new Dr. Marten Eartha sandals and I absolutely love them. If you're debating about buying them; debate no more. They are so comfortable and have a slightly thinner sole so that your foot doesn't get as fatigued as it may have in some of the previous Dr. Marten sandals.

I loved these shoes the moment I saw them. They offer great arch support and are very comfortable to walk in. The sole is much lighter than the classic DM sandals I already have. I bought the black Palatino and now I think I want the dark brown as well. They are very versatile and can be worn with casual dresses as well as jeans and shorts. Great sandals!

I love the design of this shoe. In theory it should be great. Looks good, provides lots of support, etc. The problem is the sole is much too heavy.

 |  | Dear Zappos, I just wanted to send a quick note to tell you that I will be a loyal customer for as long as you exist! I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos. Thank you to everybody there for their hard work, dedication and emphasis on the customer. It is not going unrecognized and you have me hooked for life!
