Zappos is great, received these shoes with lightening speed. I love Ecco shoes. But find they run a little big in some styles. This shoe runs big. My size is 8. Ecco\'s size 39 leans more to the 8.5 size. The size 38 is a tad too small. So, I am in the middle somewhere. Could have had more cushion inside. Made my foot look big. I don\'t like the shape of the toe. Otherwise. Well made, lightweight, and very nice leather.

 |  | Team Zappos, I ordered my shoes yesterday and was delighted to see that the shipping was upgraded free of charge. A very nice touch. However, I was astounded when I found the shoes at my front door this afternoon. How did you pull that off? No one is this fast… no one. Is there a flying caped Zappos team member drinking espresso shots all night moving shoes about the country?! WOW WOW WOW!!! TEAM ZAPPOS – YOU’VE JUST EARNED A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. The only name in my book and blasted all over my face book and twitter is ZAPPOS because I ordered my shoes and ZAP, they were at my door. ABSOLUTELY ASTOUNDING OVER THE TOP, I’M DANCING AROUND IN MY NEW SHOES! Thank you, thank you, thank you for doing what you do. Bernie “Zappos for life."
