Great Shoes!
Came out of the box ready to wear comfortably all day. A very good fit and a sharp looking shoe for business. Slips on the foot easily without the need for a spoon, so they're great for going through airport security. I'll buy another pair whenever I need them in a different color.

DISPLEASURE -
I had to return this shoe because they wore out rather quick. I re-ordered them because I thought I would give the shoe another chance but it was my mistake...they are not worth the price.

Sharp loafer, but watch sizing -
This is a fabulously good looking shoe. It has a classic look, with a great luster. Little light on the support, but none the less comfortable all day. I am a CEO in a hospital, and these shoes really dress up even the most casual sport coat. One word of caution - these run much narrower than I would expect. But the wides are VERY wide. I wear a solid 11.5 E in Rockports, Bostonians, and Clarks, but needed a 12 std (which is still a little snug). I tried the 11.5 wide and the 11 wide - both were boats and the heel popped loose with each step. So make sure you order a few sizes to try on.

Just FYI. The black leather is a little more flexible and therefore more comfortable than the burgundy. Still - great shoes.

What a fab boot!!! A must have!!! As soon as I put these boots on, it was love a first sight. They are all I want in a boot and will look awesome with every outfit. I ordered my size 8.5 and they did feel a little big in the heel so I slipped in some inserts and now they fit great! The toe area is a little snug but I know the boot still needs to be broken in. These boots are quality so don't feel torn by the price, they are so worth every penny.

Dressy, comfortable, good price - Love this shoe! This is my second pair. Wore out the soles on the first pair. It takes me a while to find a style I like, but this shoe was it. Looks great when wearing a suit or even business casual.

I bought these for my father for Father's Day. He loves them!!! They look absolutely perfect! He said they are his favorite shoes and he actually has some real Italian leather shoes from Italy. I ordered them with the free standard shipping and received them within 2 days!!!! Great customer service! I will definitely shop here again!

I went down a 1/2 size from the regular size I buy and they still feel a little loose. I have never worn a slip on type shoe. All of my other dress shoes have had laces. You may want to try on a pair at a store before ordering. I love the shoes and the service from Zappos.com was unbelievable! Thank You!

Smart, Sophisticated, a professional appearance- I have worn this shoe before and have been quite satisfied with it. It is also durable and keeps its' shape after many uses. In my opinion, it is a great shoe for the professional business person.

Disappointed with soles....
This is the style of shoe that my husband has worn for years so when I saw them at a department store I purchased them. He loved the look of the shoe but the leather bottom has turned out to be a HUGE problem. Less than 6 months after purchase he actually put holes in the soles of both shoes. His feet were always cold as water was soaking up through the soles to his feet. He is a pilot and all we can figure with the holes is that they occurred where his feet make contact with the rudder pedal. So, they are going in the trash. Great price for a shoe that lasts but kind of pricey for a disposable shoe.

I have order numerous Bostonian shoes from Zappos.com and this is an excellent shoe. I use this shoe when I go to work. I don't wear the shoe everyday but this shoe is excellent shoe for someone who likes to look stylish with the business casual work attire.

I had a pair of black Evanston’s for just over ten years (had them half-soled once). It was time to replace them and I decided to try online. I placed my order for black ones on a Sunday at 5 p.m. & had them the next day! I ordered the oxblood and received the same great turnaround on my order. I wear the shoes daily for work. They look great and are "all day" comfortable!

I had ordered shoes from Mason; however, when I saw that I could get a better looking shoe for a fraction of the cost I went for it. Wow. I had paid a lot more for Bostonian's when I purchased them retail in Albuquerque. I couldn't believe the quality, the elegance, and the compliments I received from other people. These shoes enhanced the clothes I wear. I had purchased Florsheim shoes before; however, I ended up giving them to my brother. The fit was just not there. The Bostonian is superior all the way around.

 |  | I just wanted to say that I saw your CEO, Tony, on the Oprah show the other day and I knew from my first purchase with Zappos (I think it has been at least 2 years now) that it was very clear that customer service was the most important ingredient in your product - not the shoes, not the clothes - the service. I have always been the same kind of person trying to impress upon others the importance and pleasure that comes with incredible customer service that I wasn't surprised to see that the CEO of this wonderful company sits where he sits and acts the way he acts. I have been the “boss” of many different customer service businesses and I always made sure that everyone I worked with knew that even though I may have to make some important decisions I am on the same level as them. I am now a Realtor in San Diego and clearly it has been a tough year. I really wish you had an office here in San Diego because I would quit real estate in a second to do whatever it took to be a part o f your “family”. If you ever want to open an office here I hope that I am the first person that finds out about it so I can get a cubicle in one your offices. How lucky all the people who get to work for Zappos are... a philosophy driven company that I have been looking for the past 20 years that I have been working in customer service!!!
