Best customer service ever -
I've seen your company's CEO interview on Oprah show and he was emphasizing on customer service. I thought I should give it a try and bought this pair shoes for my husband. Truly I'm baffled by customer service. Thumps up, you guys got yourself another loyal customer.

Finish pealing off -
I have bought several pair of Bostonian Andover shoes over the years and have been more than satisfied...until this last pair. The finish is literally pealing off the shoe. While shopping, I saw new shoes in the store that were exhibiting the same problem. I did not buy a pair.

Pretty good -
A good price for a versatile dress shoe. I have wide feet and was pleased with the width. The heel is a bit loose and the shoes are fairly stiff, which has made for an uncomfortable break-in period.

It is so great that you have the bigger sizes. My son takes a size 16 shoe. You cannot find that size in dress shoes. We ordered the shoes and had them within 2 days. Thank you!!!

It is great to find a dress shoe for my son, because he is in between men's and boy's sizes. These shoes are great because they are classic and comfortable. My son actually wears a 7 and we had to go a size down. He does have a rather narrow foot.

This is a good mix of class and comfort...I recommend this shoe due to the style and comfort along with a good shoe life...My last pair lasted 2 solid years before being retired...

Really good fit in the narrow size. I have a hard time finding shoes that fit my narrow foot but this really fits well. As with any dress shoe, it took a few long days to really break in but once they did they are comfortable as well.

Great shoes for the money -
This is my second pair of these shoes that I have bought from Zappos. I really appreciate the reviews because it was helpful to know that they did run true to size. They are a great value for the money. I have big (13), narrow (B) feet that are very hard to buy for and these shoes, just like my fellow reviewers found, fit perfect. It is great to have these shoes just a "click" away. It saves me the pain of going from shoe store to shoe store and then having to settle for something that they have in my size and close to the style that I want. Zappos is fantastic and the prices are great.

They Actually Fit -
I ordered these shoes for my husband to wear in the police academy. It was hard to find size 16 shoes, but these are actually stylish AND the right size. The price was a little high for our needs, but when you're looking for shoes in such a rare size, even that wasn't so bad.

Nice Dress Shoe -
I normally wear Florsheim and that's what I originally ordered, but upon receiving them, I noticed they had a more squared off toe than the pictures looked like. I returned them and ordered the Bostonian Andover. These shoes have a much more traditional look and appeal. A quality shoe with good leather. Holds a very nice shine. I think your shoes make a strong statement about yourself in the business world, and these shoes look good. Very nice shoe for the price.

Good shoe to wear, not as comfortable as their crown Windsor collection but can only get at a brick and mortar store, still recommend for a cheaper alternative that looks extremely attractive.

A fine high gloss dress shoe -
In the older style of leather shoes, these need to be broken in a bit before the user can really appreciate them. I found my pair to be true to size if not a smidgen larger.
I have these as a cheap alternative to my Allen Edmunds and they are doing well so far.

Not as good as they used to be.
I bought a pair of Bostonians before that took longer to break in initially, but lasted for an extremely long time. Approximately a year and a half (heavy use). This pair didn't last thru 4 months of heavy use.

These are very attractive shoes, but I'm glad I don't need to wear them everyday. My feet aren't in pain at the end of the day by any means; they're just not intended to be extremely comfortable.

Cautious -
I wear a B width shoe. It is difficult to find a good fit. I was cautious about this purchase however given free delivery and return there was no risk with potential reward.
I will purchase from this site again.

Seems Plastic -
The shoe squeaks, fits tight and seems more like plastic than leather. Has a strange plastic like odor to it and really isn't all that comfortable.

Shoe looks very nice, but I had to return. I ordered the narrow size and found it to be too narrow in the forefoot area while a little too wide in the heel. Will have to buy a Rockport instead, as their narrows tend to work better for me.

It's almost impossible to find 4E shoes anywhere and you carry quite a few. I especially like the option to return, at no cost, if it doesn't fit. I'll be buying all my shoes from you in the future.

Nice Shoes - Great Service!!!
A well made, nice looking shoe. Great for just about any business occasion. You can wear it with a suit or biz casual and you'll be fine. Great value for the money! I use a third party insert for extra support as I have high arches, I find they work well in this shoe.
