Overall this is a great sandal. The only problem I have with it is that the piece that slides in between your toes is placed a little too far back from the front edge of the sandal. This in turn makes it about a half size smaller than marked. I'm sure that once the leather softens up this will not be an issue. Aside from that, this is great sandal that can be dressed up if need be.

Everything I heard about this company is 100% true, whether it was from a friend or a work meeting that I was at earlier in the week that said Zappos has the #1 customer service team ever assembled, it's all true! I am always looking for brand new sneakers/shoes and I will no longer shop anywhere else but Zappos.com! Everything from the web layout to the checkout to getting my shoes not even 36 hrs later (I placed an order at 11PM on Tuesday 5/5/09 and received my sneakers Thursday 5/7/09 at 10:56AM) was flawless!
