Great shoe for work and dressing up -
You can be "on your feet" in this shoe and feel comfortable all day wearing them. The first day wearing this shoe (black), I wore them to work and then straight on to a concert. Afterwards, we could not get a taxi. Had to walk about ten blocks in New York City to the hotel. In almost any other shoe, I would have expected a lot of discomfort and maybe blisters. Neither happened with this shoe. My only "complaint" is that if your foot is chubby, it will rub the top of the toe box a bit. The laces are nice to keep the shoe from slipping when you walk. I will probably buy them again in another color.

 |  | Good Morning Zappos! I am writing in regards to my experience at Zappos, I have to tell you what an amazing experience I had with my first purchase. One time you had recognized that my billing and shipping address were not the same and would not send out my order until my confirmation of the order. After having my credit card stolen, I appreciate this over the top legendary customer service or it may be standard procedure, but nonetheless appreciate and not unnoticed. I also had received my order with next day service due to the order placed on the weekend and the phone call received late Monday afternoon. I am so happy for the service I will be recommending my peers to you in the future. I am a hairstylist in Maryland and have a client who is a producer for ABC in Washington and had produced a story on your company and had nothing but rave reviews about your company and how your work environment was fabulous, based upon my experience I can tell that the employees love what they do. I just want to thank you once again for making my week and allowing the fantastic overall experience. I do love my new Uggs, my first pair, I have to say that I am expecting twins this spring and I can tell these will me my go to shoes during the next several months as the babies and I grow.
