I was very impressed and pleased with my order from Zappos.com. I placed my order and had it delivered to my door within a couple of days. I have never ordered from them before and was very pleased with their product and service. I will be ordering again soon for Christmas. It is very common in this internet shopping world to be disappointed with an order, but Zappos has not only delivered what they promised, they "delighted the customer." I placed my order at about 2:30 in the afternoon (11:30 pacific time) with no special shipping requests and they were here at 10:00am the following morning. I did not pay any extra for shipping, actually shipping was free, and the product that arrived was exactly what I ordered. They fit perfectly and Zappos has a customer for life. I had a great turn out when working with Zappos.com. The service was great. I had an easy time finding what I needed to. The shipping was really fast. I got my product in three days. I will be using Zappos.com to shop again.

This was the first time that I had purchased from Zappos and I was a little hesitant about placing an order because it would have to be sent to an APO address, which is overseas. I have had bad experiences being stationed overseas and never receiving my order or it would take weeks to get it. I have to honestly say that I received my order in a week and the boots are awesome. ...You guys all know how UGG boots are comfortable so I don’t need to say anything, but what you guys don't know is that I ordered the boot for my daughter on Monday at 3pm and believe me, Thursday or the next day at 2:30pm the UPS truck stopped at my home to drop it off. Zappos has the best costumer service in the USA. I pay regular shipping and they update my order...well should I say more? I can never find XXL sizes in the local surf shops so to be able to go and shop at a place like Zappos is awesome. Thanks for the great products to choose from and the great service.
