I received the Old Friend Romeo shoes that I ordered. They are very comfortable shoes. I was also impressed with the service that I received from Zappos. Zappos upgraded the shipping at no charge and I received my shoes within two days. Great service and a great product.

Old Friend is indeed an Old Friend. The old saying, 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it' applies to my situation. My husband bought me a pair of these slippers about 2 years ago and I loved them. I wore them so much that I wore them out. I've been wearing backup slippers for awhile now, ones that I purchased in an attempt to find something warm and cozy prior to the slippers purchased by my husband. I decided it was time to order new slippers, and I became enticed by other brands and styles. After buying a cheaply made pair from another company and sending those back, I bought a different style from yet another company, and ended up sending those back, too. All the while, my Old Friend booties kept popping up in the search, beckoning me to come home to comfort and stop having a grass is greener attitude about my slippers. I realized my silliness, so last night I ordered my Old Friend booties, exactly the same as I had a few years back. They arrived today (so quickly!) and my feet are at once happy again. The fit is perfect. The sheepskin is soft and pluffy (one of my favorite words). My feet are in heaven. I'm cursed with tons of foot problems, including bunions, arthritis, and a degenerative foot condition that leaves me with little padding. So, my slippers and all my footwear have to do double duty. My new Old Friend booties are just what the doctor ordered. I will never stray again. I almost want to buy a backup pair to keep on hand. I'm a size 9.5/10, and I ordered a 10 which fit perfectly. They are snuggly without being too tight, yet they provide adequate support with the sheepskin insert inside the booties. I don't remember having a removable sheepskin insert in my previous pair, but I'm glad that I do because it's washable and replaceable. Best of all, the bottom of the shoe is a hard, non-skid sole, which is exactly what I need because we have hardwood floors all throughout our house. Walking on them without any padding is a nightmare for me. If you're looking for comfort, softness, warmth, and quality, these Old Friend booties are exactly what you need.

My eighty four year old mother, who is confined to a wheelchair, has massively swollen feet from circulatory problems. I couldn't find any shoes to fit her until I saw these. They can be easily adjusted because they are fastened with a very generous wrap that closes with velcro. They have a firm sole which she needs for doing transfers. Everything else is very soft and flexible. They are quite cozy and can be carefully hand washed, although they take a while to dry. (I haven't tried completely soaking them, just sort of spot washed them.) Really, this is the only thing I have found that works at all for her. I tried them on before I gave them to her and they were very comfortable. They are made of real materials and are well made, very high quality.

These slippers feel wider and larger than my usual size 7. They are just slightly too big, but I know size 6 would be too short. Half size would be nice, but slippers don't usually come in half sizes, do they? I haven't seen any others I like as well, alas.

These slippers replace a similar model of Uggs, which doesn't seem to be available any longer. My husband likes them even better. They are warm, totally comfortable, and a perfect fit.

I ordered the Old Friends to replace my old pair from five years ago. I originally bought a cheaper pair and returned them. I am so glad I bought these! They are so soft and comfortable. I know I will have them for the next five years. They fit snugly. I wear a size 8 shoe and ordered the Large. There is not a lot of room at the back, so a size 9 should probably go up a size.

Everybody in my family - Ma & Pa, and our three adult children - wears Old Friends slippers. We like the clog style.They're warm in the winter, surprisingly cool in the summer (that's sheep's wool for you); long-wearing, and most importantly, their soles are more pliable and therefore more comfortable than those of a similar, probably better known brand. You could pay a good deal more than Old Friends cost and not get nearly as good a product.

These slippers are extremely comfortable and well built. Lasting me more than two years, they actually seem to be getting more comfortable over time. High quality sheepskin, incredibly soft and fluffy. Sometimes too warm! They're funny looking though. Keep them inside.

I love these boots. Believe it, or not, they are very comfortable to walk around in. I love the chocolate color, which I purchased. If you decide to get a pair, make sure you allow for the type of socks you're planning to wear because the boots are snugged to your feet.

Okay, got the 10M it fits great. I ordered the black as well, in 9.5M, and it's too big. The black seems to run true to size, but the blue runs very small.

Runs very short! I ordered the blue in a size 9. The color is wonderful! However, my normal size is 8 1/2-9, usually wide but some mediums are okay. I could not even get my foot all the way into this 9M. My toes went in just fine, but the shoe was not long enough (by a long shot). So I have ordered a 10M and we shall see.

Very comfortable. I wear them with jeans. I wear an 11, and these are a big large when worn with bare feet, maybe meant for socks? They were classified under slippers, but these are definitely outdoor worthy.

These sandals are the most comfortable that I have ever owned. Follow the directions and wear them only for 30-40 minutes the first couple of days, and after that you will not want to take them off. Wonderful massage-therapy for tired feet!

Fabulous slippers for the great white north! The luxurious inside keeps feet warm without overheating and the non slip sole are terrific for whipping outside to dispose of the compost. A great purchase, worth the money and the shipping was fantastic, after our rural post office finally found my package. Use Zappos for all your footwear needs. I find it especially functional and rewarding because I have wide feet that are not easily fitted. Online ordering makes things extremely easy, and their return policy, although I have never had to use it, is great. Yay Zappos! Keep up the great work.

We had been looking for this particular slipper and all other shopping sites were out or over priced. Ordering was easy, the product arrived in a timely fashion. We had ordered two pairs in case one size did not fit. We kept them both! The site is user friendly with lots to choose from.
