My 14 year old son saw these shorts at a store, but we couldn't find his size (29) anywhere. I've ordered lots of shoes from Zappos, but this was our first clothing purchase. Zappos had his size, in the right color, quick service, and free shipping. The shorts are heavy enough fabric that they don't wrinkle, they hang very straight, are long enough, and stay on without a belt on a very skinny kid!

I ordered the bag for my granddaughter. She had picked it out. It was "cool" enough for a teenager. I had also ordered Uggs as a birthday present for her. She checked with me everyday to see if the package had arrived. As usual, she only had to check one day as it arrived two days later. It arrived in the usual prompt manner without any checking or calling. Boots fit fine, no need to return, but I knew it is never a problem with Zappos.

Love the bag!! I have recieved so many compliments on this bag. It is a fun bag to carry, yet it is sophisticated enough that I don\'t feel like a teenager when carrying it into the office. It is very different than anything else I\'ve seen around lately. A must buy and a good bargain.

I really like these shoes. They are comfortable and stylish for a flat and go well with jeans and a casual shirt. The color is nice, not the usual dark brown suede I have in my closet.

This is a great jacket, pretty lightweight, good for spring/fall. I\'m tall, so what I especially love about it is it has nice long sleeves! (I ordered a large). It\'s very versatile and basic, and the fit is flattering. Normally I wear fleece jackets all fall, so this was a nice upgrade in to something a little classier. It can be dressed up or down. My only concern in the long term is for its durability-- it doesn\'t seem to be made of the most robust fabrics, especially the lining. Time will tell, I guess. At this point I\'ve just owned it a month, worn it nearly every day, and am very happy with my purchase.

I am very happy with this bag. I was more surprised when I received the bag and noticed how much room was inside. I have 2 boys: one 2 year old and a 7 month old. And I was able to fit a sippy cup, diaper and a bag of wipes plus all of my stuff that I normally have in my bag. All in all I am very satisfied with this bag.

I was looking for a simple, comfortable dress that would match with a lot of different accessories. I really love this dress! At first I ordered the coral color but it was a bit too bright for me. The black is neutral and great with sandals or slide-on shoes (I highly recommend the black and white floral print O\'Neill Doheny\'s.) The v-neck is flirty but not too low cut, and the length is perfect even on a short person like me (I\'m 5 feet and ordered the small). The empire waist is flattering and the pockets are well placed and cute! You\'ll enjoy it!

This skirt is cute and versatile. It's perfect for the beach or around town. The only drawback for me was the first band that goes around the hip was a little snug, which creates this little bulge at my hip (you can even see it in the picture). I'm pretty curvy, but if you don't have wide hips it shouldn't be a problem. If you do, you might want to try one size up. Since its a drawstring waist, that measurement won't matter as much.

Awesome. This jacket is just what I was looking for. I wanted a decent plaid bomber-style jacket that I could wear for the winter (probably with a hoodie under it). This jacket is perfect. It's thick and the hood is really warm. And it fits really well! I've had a problem with a lot of bomber-style jackets being too wide at the bottom, but this one is great.

This bag is really great. It's not only adorable, in a worker bee way, but it's completely functional with outside pockets and a clean looking, fun zipper compartment (love those zippers!). The purse is trimmed with a rich-looking brown leather and has an easy closure top. It's also roomy without being huge & bulky such as the other styles out today. Its classic houndstooth print with a rich brown match most of my clothing without clashing, and the O'Neil stamp makes it more hip than matronly.

I bought these Superfreak Boardshorts for my husband for our summer vacations and they are awesome! Super flattering fit, great choice of colors and prints, youthful but appropriate for all ages. The material dries really fast and these hold up excellently. My husband loves them. Definitely his favorite swim trunks. I will definitely buy another pair in the future. Thank you again Zappos. I absolutely love these boots! My days of wearing high heels are done with, and I thought these boots had a casual style to them. Not only do they look great, but they are so comfy! I wore them a few times while walking my dogs on chilly mornings (it's since warmed up - darn!) and had no problem with my feet hurting afterward. I bought these on a whim, and have no regrets! Now, I want them in another color!

I love this jacket! The stitching and quality are good, especially for this price. The jacket is incredibly flattering, and works well as a casual jacket, but looks fine with a dress, too. It has a classic, military inspired look, with a feminine twist, and I like the car coat length. And the cleaning instructions say that you can hand wash it! Two things to be aware of: 1. It's not a very heavy jacket. I like it, because I tend to run hot, but it's closer to a blazer weight than a full blown winter jacket. For me, it's perfect and I'll layer with a sweater when it gets colder. 2. It runs kind of small. I'm usually a medium or small, but the medium was too tight across my shoulders. The sleeves are a really nice length; on me, they come down to mid-hand.

Hands down O'Neill Superfreek boardshorts are the most comfy I've ever worn. I am a boardshorts fanatic and these things have unbelievable stretch. You get what you pay for. Sizes seem to run a little on the large size so try a size or two down from what you wear in other brands.

This is a great every day sweater. This has been the perfect sweater to keep on hand to wear like a jacket in early fall. I've been throwing it on almost every morning since I got it about a month ago. It's very comfy and looks good with jeans. I especially like the long sleeves. The only drawback so far is that the yarns can pull kind of easily. It has a couple of pulls in it already.

Do not purchase! My 14 year old daughter loved the look of this backpack. I bought it despite some misgivings. Yes, it is really cute and stylish. It is made of a cheap cloth unlike the Jansports and Dakine brands. The first day the zipper tag came off. My daughter did not want to return it because she liked it so much. Well now three weeks later the entire strap tore off at school today. My daughter finally has agreed that it is a piece of junk and it is going back tomorrow. Thank you Zappos for your wonderful return policy. We will continue to buy from you.
