These shoes are definitely cute and they turn heads. I haven't had to clean mine yet, and I've worn them in rain. One negative thing: they're a little heavy, and seem kind of big/clumsy. I wouldn't recommend these to a person who trips often because they'll just add to that. But other than that, these are awesome!

Okay, these look really good, but they are all show. Had to put insoles in to keep my feet from hurting, and judging by the materials these will fall apart in about 12 months. Awesome style, though.

Shoes are adorable. First pair was a bit too small. Called Zappos and they sent me another pair which arrived the next day, without the return AND without paying for the second pair. Sent the first pair back, free of charge by the way, and was very satisfied. Excellent service; by far the best online company I have ever dealt with.

The shoes are as cute as cute can be described. I bought them for my daughter as she went crazy when she saw them in the retail stores. The retail stores did not have the two Pastry styles she wanted so we used Zappos. They ran a size or a half size smaller than marked, we had to make a return. The return ( s usual) went off without a hitch. She absolutely loves the shoes. We bought two different styles and she treats them like they are the Hope Diamond.

I love the look of these shoes. I got the orange and yellow ones. I have gotten a ton of compliments on them. I think I may change out the shoelaces not sure if I am a big fan of the black with the colors in the shoe. The heel starts out as a little stiff but it breaks in quickly.

Overpriced For Quality - The Pastry Glam Pie Hi was very cute and just as pictured when it arrived. However, within a couple of days, the metallic pink color had rubbed off in some spots, leaving a dull black.

These are the best shoes ever! I didn't have to even get my size because they run a little big so my feet feel small every time I wear them. I got the black magic. I give them a 5 star on everything.

Pastry Smoothie - The shoe is beautiful, my daughter luvs them! Lots of comments on them!! The only problem is this is her second pair in three days. Had to return the first pair because the side buttons fell off... We ordered the second pair and the same thing only one button this time. She said she found it under her desk on the floor at school. She brought it home and the only thing I could think to do was to super glue all the buttons all the way around...They've stayed on so far, no missing buttons yet, as they do give the shoe that added flair that does make the shoes stand out. Maybe they can come up with a new remedy for those buttons...as there will be more upset customers to come!

AMAZING SHOE. If your daughter is a person who loves to look glam and play sports at the same time, this is the shoe to get. -♥ the black and pink ones I got!- I play sports like basketball and tennis and let me you, this shoe is EXCELLENT! I rate this shoe 4 stars because the shoes 1st day I wore them to school (which was 2day) it had already gotten bent in the front a little. And the lace in them came off (just a piece though).

Love these shoes! I bought these shoes for my teenage daughter. She loves them and wants another pair. They look modern and they are what the young people are wearing in the schools I work in. We bought a Pastry bag to go with them yesterday. I love the fact that the shoes came so fast! I know that I will order from you again.

Get...these...boots! Ordered these in the grape. Got em and wore them out the same day. Fab! Durable and insulated. Wore them out on a rainy day and my feet stayed warm and toasty. Got compliments on the style from three strangers on the first day. Oh...and the soles are not hard and bulky like some boots. Felt like wearing slippers. Shoes feel true to size, not too tight where the toes are at the tippy top, not big so they feel like flip flops. As comfortable as Uggs...without the ugly.

Amazing! I love these shoes. They are very comfortable. I have gotten many comments from my friends and even people I don't know who like them. They come in such unique styles, so if you're looking for something not so ordinary I suggest you get these shoes.

Based on some of the previous comments, I ordered both a 10 and an 11. Unfortunately, shoe companies seem to think people with big feet just grow in a leap from a 10 to an 11. Why are there never 10.5s? Anyhow, the 11 is too big and slips in the heel, but the 10 was too small on my larger foot and rubbed on the top of the big toe. I ended up keeping the 11, since we big-footed girls have to learn to compromise just to be able to buy something close. It’s a nice looking shoe and I think the half size would have been perfect, but the 11 will do. The saddle color is a nice dark tan that goes with both dark browns and khaki colors.

The boots were a hit. My daughter is a Pastry fan, and wanted these boots for Christmas. I could not find them in any store. Zappos to the rescue. The boots arrived within 24hrs. of ordering them. I am very satisfied with the service, and most of all my daughter enjoyed her Christmas.

Five Stars - The above shoe is comfy and very stylish. No one at my daughter's school has the shoe. I like this a lot. The shoe goes with most of her clothes and she really enjoys wearing it. Excellent & Stylish for My Preteen - These shoes are absolutely "glam". My daughter loves them and they are comfortable. The colors are versatile so that she can easily mix & match with a variety of clothes. From the packaging when you first get your shoes, to the detail even on the bottom of the shoe (a picture of a pie), we are extremely pleased and would definitely order (and already have) another shoe from this line. In addition, Zappos provided extra special customer service to ensure we were pleased! We couldn't be happier with our purchase!

Keepin it real with the apple Glam Pie - This shoe is definitely cute, stylish, and chic with its blue leopard print interior and its eye catching exterior which is a combination of gold, brown, and a light green color. Really LIGHT green. It definitely passes with its look but as for comfort you may want to get a size bigger.
