I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Diabetes. My feet are in constant pain. These shoes are wonderful! I put them on and I can walk without pain. And best of all they don\'t look like the typical Orthopedic shoe!

Quality issues with this brand. This particular style had sole separation at the toe after three month. Comfortable shoe, though.

Contemporary styling, excellent comfort. I've worked on my feet in restaurants for 40 years, and fight plantar fasciitis occasionally. This shoe accommodates an orthotic insert easily, and is very comfortable. Just a great shoe.

I love these shoes! They are by far the most comfortable shoes I have ever purchased. For those with orthotics, these are great. They are deep enough where the top of the foot (instep) is not touching the tongue of the shoe. They are nice and wide and very roomy for toe wiggle room. They are not the most attractive shoe; they kind of look a little on the masculine side! But I do not care. These feel like I'm wearing slippers all day and by the end of the day, my feet are not tired or sore. I really recommend this shoe to anyone.

Certainly not gorgeous but for comfort, stability while walking miles each day for 2 weeks in the ruins of Italy, Greece, and Turkey, I can actually say they were better for my feet than the tennis shoes I alternated with.

They're beautiful and fit perfectly, except the heel. They come up very high on the ankle and slip up and down with every step. Back to New Balance!

These shoes are great; I wear them for casual and business attire. They are extremely comfortable and offer great support and have an appearance that I feel is dressy enough to wear for business and even dressier occasions. In addition, I saved buying them from Zappos versus local shoe outlets.

I have very wide feet and these are very comfortable. They are definitely wide, but looks suffer - they are very "clunky" looking. My kids said they looked like Grandpa\'s shoes! I thought about returning them, but they are so comfortable I kept them. I have had a hard time with finding tennis shoes that are wide enough, so I thought I wouldn\'t chance ones that look nicer, if they didn\'t fit like these!

My husband has severe neuropathy in both feet and could never find a comfortable wide width shoe that also looks good until he bought these shoes a few months ago. He absolutely loves them and wears them every day and insists they are the most comfortable shoes he has ever worn. He will only buy these shoes from now on. I am so happy for him as he can actually walk without pain now and he tells everyone about them. Thank you so much, we will order them again.

Contrary to what others said, I found this shoe to be too big. I ordered a wide because they said it ran narrow (I would generally get a wide width anyway). I ordered it a half size smaller than usual and the shoe was way too roomy. Even with a thick sock it was still too big. \r\n\r\nIt\'s cute - I ordered the brown one, very well made but unfortunately, I had to send it back. This one would have taken several tries to get a good fit I think.

Love these shoes. I have very problem feet. High arches, high instep, EE width and need a lot of cushion on the bottom of the shoe as well as a lot of cushion around my feet. I have never found more comfortable shoes that are relatively stylish. You will not be disappointed with this purchase!

That darned velcro strap. The build of the shoe is such that it won't stay on your foot without the strap. The buckle is just decorative. The strap really holds together with a small piece of velcro that is wholly inadequate. At first the velcro pulls loose and you can reattach it. Over time the fuzzy side of the velcro wears out and the strap ends up flapping around unattached. Then it sounds like you're wearing flip flops because the heel comes on and off your foot with every step.

Zappos has been very good in terms of exchanging these shoes. I went through a few exchanges and realized that there is a manufacturer defect present in this model shoe.\\r\\n\\r\\nI have a bad knee and plantar fasciitis. I am not doing anything out of the ordinary in shoes, these shoes especially.\\r\\n\\r\\nEvery pair that I had, the sock lining would come apart. Literally. The black covering comes off and becomes shredded partially. \\r\\n\\r\\nFor 122 dollars I do not expect something like this to happen.\\r\\n\\r\\nThis is not Zappos\\\' fault. They have been nothing but helpful. I hope that they tell PW Minor about this and that they fix this issue in the future.\\r\\n\\r\\nPlease do be warned: the insoles (sock liner) that is black, does come apart from the top of the sock liner insole. I did not use the shoes much at all.\\r\\n\\r\\nI hope this does not happen to others, but please be warned before purchasing.\\r\\n\\r\\n

Comfortable shoes for Orthotics - This shoe easily accepted my orthotic and fit nicely. Unlike many shoe descriptions which say that orthotics will fit, this one really does that. I feel like I am on a lifelong quest for a comfortable shoe, and P.W. Minor's Carly finally hit the mark. I love that it does not have a broad profile, like an athletic shoe, so when you look down at your feet, it does not look like you are wearing boats, but nice, sleek shoes. My first pair is in black. My only concern is that I would prefer a medium leather color rather than a choice between black or white.

Poor quality construction for the price. With intermittent wear, eyelet came out within a week and tongue came loose within 3 months. It's too bad; the shoe is comfortable while it lasts.

I bought these for my daughter who is overweight and diabetic. She loves them. As soon as she put them on they were comfortable on her tender feet. The color goes with everything. What a relief to find these easy to put on shoes that fit well!

Nice shoe, very well made. It is deep enough for an orthotic. The problem is that the strap is not long enough for the Velcro. The other reviews that I read about this shoe said the same thing. It is annoying to have to fix the strap when you are walking because it gets loose.

I have charcot feet, which are pretty deformed and very wide. The Performance Walker DX2 is one of the few shoes that actually fit, mostly due to the extra deep toe box. The counter is made very well too if you have feet that tend to pronate or supinate, the counters are made very strong especially for such a light weight shoe. Only complaint is that Zappos doesn\'t get more of my size. I bought one pair last year, and waited almost an entire year before they restocked my size. Also too bad that PW Minor doesn\'t make more of their styles in the DX2 extra depth shoe.

Fit perfectly right out of the box! Generous toebox. Didn't make the bunion on my right big toe flare up! Love this shoe; only complaint is, it isn't as stylish as I might of liked, but shoe more than makes up for that in comfort. I felt it was true to length and width (11EE) in my case.

Nice looking shoe, but if you have orthotics, you will be dissappointed. I have a high instep and coupled with an orthotic, I need a pretty deep shoe. This shoe wasn\'t the one for me. Really soft leather and a well made shoe. Buy it if you don\'t wear orthotics

I ordered the PW Minor Carly in black in the widest size, 4E. I have the hardest time finding shoes to fit my feet, and these fit really well. They are very comfortable! Although these are one of the better looking size 4E shoes, I could only hope if PW Minor could make more attractive, feminine looking shoes!

I am in the retail business, which means walking on hard terrazzo floors. I needed a comfortable, stylish shoe with good arch support. While the shoe style I chose was a bit pricey, the support it offers is immeasurable. I love the adjustable strap with the hidden velcro closure. No one can tell. It doesn't look like an "old lady's" shoe. As a matter of fact, my fellow associates keep asking where I found this shoe. I would definitely buy a P. W. Minor shoe again.

Love these shoes! After over a dozen shoes that didn't meet my (diabetic neuropathy) needs, these are the only pair I've decided to keep. Easy on, easy off, a whole lot of toe room and good support (for my off-balance needs. I normally wear size 7W in Converse slip-ons, but there really isn't any support to them. They were just the least intrusive, but my toes didn't have any extra room. I ordered size 8W, 4E to account for socks and I'm happy with my P.W. Minors. One thing, though, the laces come untied very easily, but if double-knotted, they're perfect. Zappos.com was on top of every order, return and exchange and expedited them with next day service. I couldn't have succeeded without their great customer service.
