An amazing shoe, feels like you're walking on a thick block of memory foam, the sole absorbs most of the shock and the insole absorbs the remaining. Feels a little heavy out of the box but not bad when wearing.

Rockports are good comfortable shoes. I'm a size 13 w/ slightly wider feet and can only wear certain brands of shoes/sneakers. Rockports fit me well.

My husband has had several pairs of these and loves them. But he does get some rubbing at the back of his ankle from the stiff collar in the back, which is pretty high. Otherwise, he's happy and loves the fact that they're waterproof, but look nice. Once they break in, they'll be good.

A less expensive shoe and feels a little cheaper. Not a lot of inside lining in the toe area. Soft leather and would not need a lot of breaking in. A little too casual for business casual but I do see people on the street with similar shoes worn as business casual. Waterproof a plus. I wear orthotics and even though there is a thick insole they seemed to run a little small, between a quarter and half size. I am returning them and trying a different shoe.

I was looking for comfortable, affordable dress shoes. These meet all the criteria altough for the last one, it is a close call. They do shine well. I wore them to a wedding and had no concerns. However, there is a partially riged grooved rubber sole so dancing is not feasible. For other dress occasions they fit the bill. This shoe is available elsewhere; however, rarely in the extra wide size. I tossed two other pairs of dress shoes and will use these exclusively.

Perfect summer sandal - This is a great summer sandal. The footbed is extremely comfortable and supportive for most of the foot (though it does not have very strong arch support). The straps are comfy, and the look goes well with casual pants and skirts.

Rockports are always dependable. Comfortable, standardized fit -- the 12 EE in any of their styles fits me like a glove -- reasonably priced, and good looking. Love my Rockports!

I like these shoes but I am somewhat disappointed in the sizing. The extra wide width was perfect but the length seems at least a 1/2 size larger so my feet slide around. I should have returned them and tried a 1/2 size smaller than my true size.

My husband is a chef with flat feet and has been wearing this shoe for years. They are comfortable and sturdy for work, and they also do double duty as a good looking casual every-day shoe.

Having had neck/spine surgery in January I needed to get new Rockport Pro walkers without the hassle of going to the Sun Valley mall in Concord, Ca or to "The Walkshop" in Berkeley. My Orthotic Therapist told me to get 1/2 size larger than I have been wearing as I now wear a foot/ankle brace. I found you guys on line and ordered A black and a wheat colored pair of Rockports and, they're a perfect fit and I'm very satisfied.

This was a great shoe and has lasted me 4 months so far and counting. I work at a park and walk almost 2-3 miles per day in varying conditions, so the shoes get quite a beating. They obviously show some wear with the stress I put them through, but all-in-all they held up great and are still wearable today. This shoe is highly recommended! Comfort is fantastic, and if you use them for indoor work or occasionally, the shoes should last a very long time.

The shoes are extremely comfortable, I use them as slippers in the house, in addition to wearing them outside. Unlined, can wear them without socks without any problem. Overall, the best inexpensive driving shoes out there.

Will not work with orthotics - There is a thick removable insole. Unfortunately the way the shoe is designed once you remove the insole there is a small lip along the side of the shoe that will not be comfortable unless the orthotic is thicker. I have a thick orthotic and it was not high enough. Too bad they didn't design the inside better. Nice shoe for casual wear with a very soft leather.

This is my second pair of World Tours. I wear them 5 days a week and the previous pair was wearing on the inside although the outside was still ok. I have a narrow foot and buy the narrow width. They are not as narrow as I would like, probably closer to a C than a B. I usually end up using padded inserts after they are done stretching. Length is fine. I wear these for business casual and they are great for traveling as they suffice for business during the day and pleasure on nights & weekends.

Needs some breaking in, 3-4 days. I wear thick orthotics and with a shoe stretcher I was able to get them comfortable and wide enough with a D width. Fairly stiff bottoms, for me that is a good thing. Not sure how durable they will be time will tell.

Nice shoes - great look and most like them are twice the price. The suede will wear much faster than the regular leather. You can wear them without socks so they are great for shorts. Comfortable with decent support for the style of shoe. I normally wear 11 and even 10.5 are a little on the big side.

Cushiony comfort, but tight calf - I have very weak ankles and tendonitis and I can't really wear high heels, but my feet always get cold so I was looking for a good, comfortable boot that I can wear all day. I am happy with this boot, although the stretchy sort of tight material in the back is very close fitting and not too comfy, but the foot is SO comfortable and there's even a sort of cushiony jump when you walk. Not extremely stylish, but are very comfortable and good for every day all day use.

I bought two pairs of these sandals, brown and black. These have to be one of the most comfortable pair of sandals that I have worn. There is a lot of cushion in this sandal. I have a high instep and wide food, and these are fine for my foot. I loosened the buckle, but then the leather stretched just a bit. These look great with jeans and a skirt. I'm extremely happy with this sandal.

I bought these shoes to use for walking here in town on pavement. I usually wear size 10, and ordered 10s and 10 1/2s from Zappos for comparison, and the 10 fit just right. I can wear them with thin cotton socks, and with my thicker Thorlos socks. They seem to be supportive, and are comfortable. I donated the two pairs of shoes I'd been wearing out of the house, and now have just this one pair in the foyer (besides my sandals). I'm considering buying a second pair to replace my very-heavy Red Wing "garage shoes"––or maybe see if Rockport makes a boot similar to this shoe. The tread is not so deep as to seem like it's going to pick up a lot of crud in the crevices. They may be hot in the heat of the summer, but I have to wait for that weather before I can know that. I like these shoes a lot.

True to Rockport fame, these shoes are great! Comfy, soft leather, and true to size. The only caution is the sole. It is not as firm a sole as I would have hoped for. I prefer a less flexible sole for better support. As a result, these will not become my go-to shoes, but the shoes I wear for short-time, low walking events.

I have flat feet and have used these shoes with special insoles at work for about 8 years. I always purchase the same ones about every two years as I have never found anything as good. My work involves standing for long periods of time. I have also brought these shoes on a hunting trip to Africa and chose to wear them over my boots. I have used other shoes for work but these are some of the more professional looking comfortable shoes out there. I usually by the brown ones as I think they are the best looking with what I have to wear for work.
