 |  | I just wanted to say that Zappos.com has completely changed my perspective of online shopping. I've always been wary of doing it, thinking of all the shipping charges and problems that undoubtedly arise if I want to return something (not to mention possible scams), but Zappos has completely changed all of this for me. I heard about Zappos early 2007 when I bought myself a pair of Converse. Ever since then, I've been so impressed with the constant effort Zappos puts in to make sure every customer is satisfied, that I now try to buy everything from Zappos before I'm forced to look elsewhere. I always used to buy electronics from another store, but now I try to purchase them from Zappos, seeing as you guys are starting to carry them (which is a big plus for me, a HUGE tech junkie). I can't tell you how much I appreciate the effort of your great customer service employees and also how you guys still haven't changed your 365 day policy and free shipping both ways
