Ordered a pair of Sebago Schooners. They arrived in a flash. My size is somewhere between 11 and 11.5 Narrow. I ordered 11.5 narrow and that's what came. I appreciate the clear directions about wearing a new pair on carpet only to test; that's not the sort of thing you want to find out about when it's too late. I gave them a good "fit trial" and decided to keep them. They're great. I would say the size is a generous 11.5, not a skimpy 11.5. The color is fine, but it is a shade lighter brown than the picture on the Zappos site. Bottom line: happy Zappos camper.

I really wanted this shoe but it was way too narrow. I have a wide, short foot and have a very hard time finding shoes that fit. I thought this one would and ordered a wide. I couldn\'t even get my foot into the shoe. Other brands have worked fine in wide width for me. I have to say that this shoe is not even close to being a wide width. However, Zappos took it back with no problemo. I did find a similar style that fit okay in wide width--Florsheim Windward.

Love! I normally wear a 9, however, I did order a 9.5 in this loafer and it is so comfortable. I wear these every other day to work and my feet have never hurt in this shoe. I will definitely order these in another color.

I am still \'breaking\' these loafers in, but I love them. I work in a casual office, so they really meet the criteria I chose them for. I\'m 55 soon to be 56 and have never been without a pair of Penny Loafers!

Wow! What a great shopping and customer service experience! The shoes I ordered were perfect and I received them the next day. After receiving them I returned to the Zappos site and found the shoes I had just received were now on sale for less than I paid. A quick call to customer service and my credit card was credited the difference immediately with absolutely no hassle at all. Why anyone would buy shoes elsewhere is beyond me. A great shopping and service experience!

Very stiff; these are cute looking but not very comfortable at all. They are stiff and lack any kind of cushioning. They also have absolutely no arch support. They run wide, but are probably accurate in length/size.

My daughter first informed me of Zappos. I seldom order any thing on the internet. My shoe size is 6 1/2 EEE and I needed a penny loafer. This combination is very difficult to locate. I had an appointment and I needed the shoes. My other penny loafers were eaten by my daughters dog. Not chewed, eaten. Zappos really did get me out of a fix. They had the shoe I needed in my size and shipped it out express for me.I had in two days. I could not have been happier with their service. They had what I needed and shipped when I needed it shipped. I will order all my future shoes from them. Thanks Zappos.

Great shoe and I ordered 1/2 size larger than the last time I bought this shoe as I spend so my time on my feet. I am an Administrator in a Hospital and I am up and down stairs all day. I love these shoes but even in EE they are a little snug. I think they are great looking and I hope that they stretch a little.

My boyfriend and I both purchased a pair. I have a narrow foot, he has a wide foot; fit was good both pairs. Appearance good. We wore them around doing our daily activities and they were comfortable. Unfortunately when we took them on a cruise and wore them all day, we both developed severe blisters on the side of our ankles. Neither of us have had this occur with any boat shoes we purchased in the past.

I ordered these shoes for my son. I was very impressed that they were delivered in less than 24 hours! I first ordered a size 16 N and they were too big, so I then ordered size 15 N and they fit well and look good. These shoes may run a little large since my son normally wears a 16 in an athletic shoe. I am very grateful that Sebago makes large sizes and that zappos.com sells them on their website.

Great deck shoe. True to size and it actually has some arch support. Comfortable right out of the box. Also, you cannot beat the service that you receive from Zappos. A few clicks on my computer and the shoes are on my doorstep the next day. This is the only way I buy shoes.

This shoe was ordered in size 9EE. The slipped on easily and immediately were very comfortable. I wore them for 2 days in the house to test them and was pleasantly rewarded. I highly recommend the product.

These shoes feel right and look right. Been wearing them two months now. Sturdy and well-stitched. Arch support is good for my flat feet. The D width is fine, even though my feet are about a C. The fashion minister (my wife) likes their looks, and particularly the color (Burnt Ivory). I've had a couple pair of Timberlands and another Sebago style (more expensive than these). These are hands-down the best. Highly recommend. I ordered too small to begin with, and Zappos shipped the exchange pair very quickly, with second day delivery. Thank you very much!

My Sebago Clovehitch II is a great product. I waited a few weeks prior to writing this review to be sure they were as good as they were when I first first put them on. The first day I wore them for 10 hours, they fit perfectly, look and feel great. The Zappo team is second to none on service and follow up. Probably shouldn't mention the fact that I ordered my Sebago at 9 pm and they arrived the next afternoon. How's that for pressure TEAM ZAPPO.

I have purchased 4 pairs of these over the years. They look great, feel great, and last and last. I wear them almost every day and these were purchased over 4 years ago. A little polish every now and then and they are off again. I have been trying to change my habits, but after looking at shoes, it looks like I will be buying another brown and black pair.

This was my first order from Zappos and I was throughly pleased with the quick delivery and product, You save so much time when you don't have to shop from store to store. The return policy is great but I didn't need to use it. I would not hesitate to do business with Zappos again

Comfort right out of the box. These are great shoes. The fit was perfect and they needed absolutely no breaking in. They aren't the best choice if you want to do a lot of walking around on sidewalks because the sole isn't particularly thick, but for regular every day wear they're fabulous. I actually have two pairs, the black and brown. I initially wanted black but they weren't in stock so I ordered brown. When Zappos sent an e-mail stating the black shoes were back in stock, I ordered another pair. Zappos is the best!
