Overall, pretty pleased. I'm enjoying the look of these shoes, but be warned because, although they are true to size, they are narrow feeling. I wear a WW, my normal size in Softspots, and I was concerned that they would actually fit. They did, but they are very close to the skin. These aren't shoes made for thick, warm socks, unless you happen to have narrow feet. On the upside, I love that they are not bulky looking and feeling, and they seem comfortable to walk around in.

Great shoes (as always!). I bought this in red calf after a long search for comfortable business/pleasure travel clogs that don't look fuddy-duddy dumpy. Beware, the red is not red! They should call it burgundy, but even that is not accurate as it is more brown with a reddish tint. I'm keeping it because it keeps the Softwalk promise of pure comfort.

Given the fact that I seldom wear 2.5-inch heels, I found these shoes to be remarkably comfortable. The first time I wore these shoes was dancing, i.e. on my feet for more than four hours. Great cushioning. Very comfortable. With a shoe size of 11N it is not always easy to find shoes that are narrow enough, particularly in the heel. These shoes fit perfectly.

The best sandals! My feet are very hard to fit, long and narrow. And these sandals, in narrow, fit perfectly! I was so happily surprised. I wore them to a graduation, walked all day, and they felt great. So comfortable. I plan to take them traveling to Buenos Aires. Very cute. Great with skirts, but can be more casual with jeans or shorts. I found these very true to size, a 9.5 N. I am so happy with these shoes. And appreciate Zappos letting me return all the ones that don't fit.

Zappos is a great place to shop. I bought this shoe in black and tan. I need a 71/2 EE width shoe, and finding shoes is impossible, even in NY. They make shopping very easy, and returns are a breeze. Also, you get merchandise very fast. This is a wonderful comfortable shoe. Do not hesitate to shop with them. Free shipping and returns are a very big plus when shopping for shoes. I have used them before this and will do so again and again.

Wonderfully comfortable dress shoe! I have problem feet (bunions, neuroma, arthritis) and I can wear these shoes all day. In fact, I broke them in at a trade show where I was on my feet for many hours.

These shoes are so comfortable with a decent heel height and are very cute as well! They felt like slippers from the moment I first started wearing them! I highly recommend them. Fit was true to size. I'm normally a 71/2 - 8 and the 7 1/2 fit perfectly.

Cute and comfortable. These are great as everyday walking heels. Rounded toe, t-bar strap and border stitching keep the styling feminine and interesting. Padded suede footbed provides nice cushioning for the soles. The width is just right so toes aren't squished. I wear between a 6.5 and 7. I ordered a 7. Fits just right. The leather is soft and the color, a blend of dark cocoa and maroon, looks great with dark jeans or black straight legs. Great value; these shoes look more expensive than they are.

I found these shoes to be moderately comfortable. I bought them for a trip to Europe, where I knew I would spend a lot of time walking on cobblestones. For the most part, they were okay, but I found that the front part of the vamp cut into the top of my foot, so I had to stop wearing them. I would not buy them again.

These are great shoes: comfortable, solid to walk on, easy to dance in, very attractive. Bought them for a wedding and didn't even need to break them in; wore them for more than eight hours first time without any discomfort.

These fit perfectly in my normal size so didn\'t need to follow others\' advice to buy half size smaller.\r\n\r\nTruly comfortable right out of the box. I walked all around a huge store the first day wearing these and my feet felt great. They also give great support for my back so I wasn\'t hurting from walking.\r\n\r\nI will be buying more Softspots based on this purchase!

Really comfortable shoe, casual elegant, goes with pretty much anything. The only thing I don\'t like about this shoe is the padded tan suede lining. Although comfortable, it collects and shows the dirt very fast and even though I\'ve only had the sandals for a month, I can already see a dark footprint mark on the lining. If I could get these exact sandals with a smooth black leather lining instead of tan suede they would be 100% perfect.

One word - Comfy! These shoes are classic looking and very comfortable. Wore them 4 hours and walked about 3 miles in them the first day. I forgot I had on heels. Own a pair of Softspots sandals and love them. Great product and great quality. Have never paid this much for a pair of dress shoes but they are worth it.

Very Comfortable Shoe - Purchased these for my 12-year old daughter who needed a reasonably-priced dress shoe in a narrow width....not easy to find. She is very happy with styling and even more with comfort - first time she wore them was to a party with dancing and there was no break-in period.

I have really hard-to-please feet, so I can't wear just any shoe. These are the most comfortable shoes with some height that I own. I practically live in Birkenstocks, but when I want to wear nice dresses, skirts, etc. to work, they obviously don't work. I picked this design so they would stay on because I wear Birkenstock insoles with them. The only problem is that they would slide out a little, probably because of my insoles. I took them to a cobbler who sewed the elastic part down so they don't slide out as much anymore. Please note that a 5 star pair of shoes with any heel probably doesn't exist for me. I can't wear them for hours and hours, but with all of my issues, I'm glad for them.

I liked these shoes enough to buy a second pair. They are very comfortable and don\'t need any breaking in. I have a bunion and this shoe is perfect with its strappy sides.
