Definitely order at least a half-size larger than you normally would. The yellow is very nice and bright but the style is slightly bulky. The narrow is true to size and allowed me to skip the shoe repair shop for altering. A very comfy shoe.

Love the Softwalk Reyna! Great stylish, comfortable sandal. This is my sixth pair of Softwalk shoes and have always found them true to size. One of the few brands that fits me well (size 10.5 AA). Softwalk is great for people who are on their feet for long periods of time.

Luxury in a clog/mary jane hybrid - These are beautifully made shoes and are worth every penny. Dressier and sleeker than Dansko and other clogs with a footbed that is pure joy to step into. One of the few tailored shoes that come in width variety - and even the WW do not look like they were made for Herman Munster. Very chic. RECOMMENDED!!!

I am returning this pair of shoes because the thick egg-crate insole reduces the toe room to the point where it hurts. This is partly because I have thickened nails on my big toes. In addition, I agree with whoever said the shoes make noise when you walk. There are times when that would matter. They did feel true to size and width.

Very comfortable shoe. Sizing was perfect. They are comfortable for walking and being on your feet for a long time (right out of the box!). I did find that one of my feet is "off" a little, though and that my heel was not centered properly. As such, after only a short period of wearing these shoes, that one shoe is now "deformed." Perhaps this is due to the incredibly soft padding in the sole, I'm not sure. I will still wear them, though, since they are a casual sandal. I got this sandal in black.

Footbed is too soft for words! Perfect for my 6-block "office-to-train" walk in the spring/summer as the shoe works with both skirts & slacks. When I opened the box, I was a bit disappointed that the foot strap was not adjustable (it appears to be in the pic and that is REALLY why I bought this particular shoe), but it turned out to be a good fit for me anyway. Cool, comfy shoe. Will check out more of this line for future purchases.

These shoes are amazingly comfortable. I wore them for two full days (9am-10pm). I seldom wear heels and assumed the second day I would need to resort to flats...not so! In fact, my dress flats were not as comfortable!

I was so pleased to receive my new sandals in just 3 days. I have never worn a more comfortable sandal. And... having rheumatoid arthritis, walking in these is a pleasure. They run very true to size, both width and length. I plan to be a regular customer of Zappos.

Extremely comfy and cute - I have a neuroma on my left foot and the ball of my foot hurts like heck, even in my Danskos sometimes. These shoes are heavenly, but run very small. I wear 9 or 40 and had to order 9.5.

I have been very happy with these sandals and wear them almost every day. They are as comfortable as flip flops, but better for walking. I am considering buying a second pair in a different color. It is hard to tell from the photos, but the "buckle" is just decorative, not real. I would prefer stiffer leather for better support, and I am not a fan of suede, but overall, I think these are great.

I purchased this shoe in the black patent. It is great because it can look dressy with a skirt or it looks just as good with capri pants. The shoe is very comfortable with no break-in time. The only drawback I can see is if your feet doesn’t come pretty close to the end and you could see the "egg crate" sole. It runs pretty true to size, but does seem to stretch a little in width after it is worn awhile. Otherwise, it is a good shoe for the money.

I love my Softwalks! They look great with pants or skirt. I can wear them all day and they never pinch my toes. The only thing I don’t like is that the center piece on the top of the shoe is off center. I never had a pair of Soft Walks that I didn’t love. They are so worth the money. They are true to size. I bought the black, but would buy them in every color.

I bought these in a size narrow. They're the first pair of slides I've been able find that fit my narrow foot. The top inside lining rubs a little without socks, but otherwise these are super comfortable.

I really love the look and style but I was a little disappointed that they were not as comfortable as the other SoftWalk shoes I have. I still wear them and love the way they look. I just don't wear them if I know I am going to be on my feet all day. They are comfortable just not as comfortable as my Crocs. It is great to have a stylish shoe that is also comfortable though. I really like SoftWalk shoes and glad they have come out with more stylish looks. I would recommend them to everyone.

The shoes are incredibly comfortable however they do run small. I returned the first pair that was in my regular Soft Walk size for a 1/2 size larger and one level wider. Zappos was fantastic about the return and I couldn't have asked for better cooperation. I am considering order another color or two and wish they had them in white. This is the first pair of heels I've owned in many years that I can comfortably use for dancing.

These shoes are so awesome I did not even need my orthotics. Shoes are impossible for me to find, but these are wide & sorta stretchy so they come on and off. Scale of 1-10, 10! I’m doing all my shoe shopping at zappos from now on.

I normally wear a very narrow shoe. These worked very well for me in an AA. Very comfortable and seems to be a versatile shoe. I would recommend them for anyone with a narrow foot. Shoes in our size are hard to find, so us "narrow footed ladies" need to stick together!

Very very comfortable shoes. Definitely works for standing on your feet all day in 2 inch heels. I feel the size runs big. I ordered a 5 1/2 size, but I need 2 pairs of dress socks to make it fit just right...thinking I should have ordered a size 5. * I recommend buying 2 sizes (size you wear & 1 size smaller) - knowing you will have to return the one that does not fit.

Supremely comfortable and so pretty. Very easy to walk in. The buckle comes wrapped in paper so it's pristine when you receive your shoes. Easy to balance. Holds the foot well so there's little risk of falling over sideways as I do with skinnier wedges. Very stable. I feel I really got my money's worth with this shoe. Wish it came in dark brown!!!

This is an incredibly comfortable sandal, like walking on little clouds. I wear them all the time. Bought several colors. I have bad ankles and with living on the beach, I need a comfortable sandal that also looks stylish. These fit the bill. Sandal was true to size. Some other SoftWalk styles were a big longer, but these were definitely true.

Like walking on air!! These shoes are walk-in ready right out of the box! The egg-crate lining is very soft and makes walking feel so good! I highly recommend this shoe. I ordered my regular shoe size 9.5 AA.
