These shoes are amazing. They look adorable with everything and are surprisingly comfortable. If you are between sizes order the larger one. I am usually a 7.5 or an 8 and the 7.5 were too small and i had to exchange them for an 8, but the shipping was free so it wasn\'t a problem.

Love these boots! They are so comfortable and I get compliments every time I wear them. I wear them with skinny jeans haven't found any skirts or dresses that they look good with yet. They are true to size; no need to order a half size up or down. One thing about these boots is the more you wear them the more slouchy they become. At first I didn't like that, but I don't mind it at all. Overall, I would buy these boots again in a heartbeat. And once again, thank you Zappos for the amazing shipping!

These boots are fantastic. I bought a pair for my daughter and loved them so much I had to get a pair for myself. The leather is soft and it fits true to size. The only issue I have is that the boot fits pretty tight to the leg and makes it difficult to wear these over jeans.

This shoe is super cute! I did find it ran a little small and had to exchange up a half size, and I also put an insole in the shoe to increase comfort (personal preference), but all in all the shoe is very cute and boyish. They were a bit tight around the back, but that loosened up after a few wears. They are very shiny (mine are cognac), so be prepared for that!

In love with this shoe! I absolutely love this shoe! I have been looking for this color shoe (blush) for the longest, but when I go the department stores, size 9s are impossible to find. These are my new faves! This shoe will go with every color outfit imaginable. Zappos service? I ordered three pairs of shoes on a Monday and these the next day. They all arrived on Wednesday! Wow!

I really liked the blue color of these shoes, but when I got them home they didnt match the shirt I had bought. Not that if they did match, I would have kept them! These shoes were not comfortable at all! They were too narrow for me, and just not my style.

Not for me. I was looking for a casual boot to wear with tights and skinny jeans. Unfortunately, these were not the boot for me! I didn't like the 'nose' of the boot, kind of weird: not a point, not rounded, kind of in between. The grey wasn't the color I anticipated and ended up returning these boots.

Love these boots. I got the cognac and the color is so nice. The boots are comfortable and fit true to size. I've seen several knock offs of these boots, but when you see them in person, huge difference. These boots are my favorite! Love them!

These soft walkers are very comfortable and quite nice looking. I bought the sand color for a summer look to wear with light colored trousers. The shoes already looked slightly dirty right out of the box. I don't think they were worn or anything, but perhaps the light colored suede is really not going to wear well over the long run. The size and width is pretty accurate. The soles are a flat, smooth (probably man made) rubber. I'm worried they might be slippery, but probably not any more than a leather soled dress shoe.

These are nice boots for their price range. I usually buy higher priced shoes, so the quality isn\'t what I\'m used to, but is good for the price. I wear a 9.5 - 10 and the 9.5 fit best, so I\'d say they run big. I also have very thin calves and the adjustable buckle works great for that. I think I\'m keeping them.

Fabulous. These boots look great, are super easy to put on, and are comfortable. The cuff was a little tight the first time I pulled them on, even with the buckle open as far as it would go. After a week it has loosened up to the point where they slide down my leg a bit. I don't mind this as it makes them look even more slouchy, but thankfully the buckle is there if I wanted to keep them up high. I wear these every day to walk around NYC so they are definitely comfortable for heavy duty walking. Awesome boots!

These boots are gorgeous and comfortable! The suede is thick and very soft. The color is bright and really beautiful, a bit lighter than I thought it would be. A real royal blue. If I could change one minor thing, I would make the toe slightly less pointed. That is just personal taste, though. They look really nice on, and are comfortable to walk in.

This shoe is hot! It's not uncomfortable if you can wear a heel this high. It's definitely not a walk around shoe but I love the way it makes my 7.5 size feet look like a size 5! Difficult to pull on, walk in, but not uncomfortable. Best with nylons. I had them on with a thin sock which worked, but a nylon would be better.

Particularly average. My first impression was that they were kind of cheap feeling. The toe shape is unflattering and feels outdated. The proportion of the top cuff is a bit overwhelming for the boot too. Super loose, slippy, and roomy in the heel for me. In general their construction and styling wasn\'t the best. The height of the boot overwhelms a petite frame. The grey color seems more like a dark beige in person.

They fit true to size, no need to go up because they are boots. These look very cheap and they looked much better on the picture! Not worth it. The belts make it very convenient for thin legs, but that's about it.

This bootie is super cute. I've worn them twice and both times I got a ton of compliments on them. However, this shoe is extremely uncomfortable. You are literally on the balls of your feet and after a few hours the pain literally goes up to your hamstrings. The shoe also runs a bit small; you should go up about half a size.

I heard about Zappos from my 76 year old father. He said you guys had great prices and great service. I just love the style and the comfort of these boots. When I put them on for the first time, they were not very comfortable at all, since the front is pointy, but then my feet got used to them, and felt very comfy. I love them!!!

Good looking shoes, but they have a narrow shape that interferes with my comfort. I am unsure how they will hold up long term, but for the price, they seem to be well constructed. I would recommend them, but would suggest wearing them around the house for a while before deciding to keep them.

I read a lot of bad reviews on these shoes and went ahead and bought them anyway. I wore them to work today and received a lot of compliments on them. Also I went ahead and bought a size 8 because of the narrow toe. I usually wear between and 7.5 and 8. They fit very nicely and did not cause any blisters on my heels. They are flat and probably not good for long distances, but I love mine very much! They are a little pricey, but it is Steve Madden.
