Uncomfortable stiff sneaker. Looked cute. I liked the color, but the shoe was very uncomfortable. Weird for a sneaker or sneaker-like shoe to be so stiff and uncomfortable, but it was. It also seemed to run a little narrow. I'm sending this back.

This is an amazingly comfortable, soft, and yet sleek and very understated modern boot. It goes with skirts for a slightly sporty, but still elegantly cool style. There is nothing of a galosh or a moonboot in this. Any boot looks strange if it doesn\'t fit, and this one definitely should if you have average "normal" feet and calves. \r\nI am on a more narrow side (13" calf), so the circumference was too wide for me, 15" in size 8.5 (I can wear 9 too, but 8.5 fits perfectly). It pains to return these gorgeous and oh, so comfy boots, just because of my tiny calves :(\r\n

I purchased these at Sole Sisters in Rochester, MI (sorry Zappos). I really like them. I have C width foot, size 9. The 9.5 fit great and I find them very comfortable, attractive and stylish. I will buy another pair soon. I also get lots of compliments (from other women).

I love these shoes. I just had my second baby and discovered that my feet have grown (ack!), and that's the only reason I can't wear these shoes anymore (so sad). I also have the slate/aloe combination and have worn them to death over the past year. They have held up beautifully. I was surprised at how supportive they are for this type of shoes; there's actually a wee bit of arch support and cushioning, where I'd expected them to be totally flat. I've also gotten tons of compliments on them, and I wore them with all sorts of shirt colors, with jeans, and with shorts.

In my quest for cute, flat black boots that fit my thin calves (13" at fullest point), I ordered many different styles, price ranges and brands from Zappos. These made the short list. They were extremely comfortable, and cute in an odd way. The only reasons I did not keep them were because they were a little big around my skinny calves, and my husband thought they looked like galoshes. He is not what you would consider a style maven, but I still didn't want grief every time I wore them! They would be great with leggings, mini-skirts and tights, sight-seeing in NYC in the fall. I digress. If your calves are around 14" and your husband is a hipster, I say go for it.

I normally love Tsubo, but these shoes are the devil. I felt like one of Cinderella's stepsisters after a day of walking around in them (think Brothers Grimm, not Disney). They're cute as the dickens, though.

The first day I wore these shoes, I wore them all day. I didn't even take them off when I got home. I'm certain they will be my new favorite shoe. Unbelievably comfortable and cute.

I bought these shoes in the grey/red/white combo, and while the fit was perfect (a half size up than my normal size) and I love Tsubo shoes, the red strip on this shoe is sparkly, which did not come across in any of the pictures. I am returning them as I feel like Dorothy. It is a shame because they are great shoes; I just can't go out in red sparkly shoes.

These look great on the foot. Do not be intimidated buy the heel as it is not really that high. It is just an illusion. The hidden platform brings your whole foot up and makes these pretty easy to walk in. I tried a couple different sizes before settling on one to keep. I find they ran a bit big in general but decided on my true size to accommodate a ball-of-foot cushion to increase the comfort and keep my foot from sliding forward. I have very narrow heels so I need to use a heel pad as well.

Beautiful shoe! This is a beautiful shoe that I purchased about 2 months ago. I must say, it took about one day to break them in, but after that day it was easier to wear them for a full day; however, I would not wear these shoes if I am going to be on my feet all day. I ordered them in my normal size 10 shoe and they fit perfectly. I usually wear really long pants, so now these shoes allow me to wear long pants without worrying if they are dragging on the floor. The heel has some type of fabric on them, which I love since it prevents the heel from getting scuffed up with marks.

These shoes are stylish and comfortable. After wearing for several hours the toes become tight and I got little blisters, but I can see the leather already starting to stretch and form to my foot.

I'm picky about shoes and am always looking for some great looking wedges that provide some extra support. The look of these shoes initially attracted me, but it's the look on my feet and comfort that will keep me wearing them. They're not as tall as they look since there's a platform in there and the lovely detail that's hard to see on the toe and heel add some flair. I almost didn't feel like I was in heels due to the platform as well. I'll definitely be looking to Tsubo for some more shoes in the future.

I love these boots. I have owned them for a couple of weeks and wear them almost every day. They are very comfortable and haven\'t been spoiled in the rains. They keep my feet dry but not too hot. The shoes run about 1/2 size small and they will stretch easily.

I love my new boots. Comfotable, warm, waterproof and cute. A hard combo to find. These boots are perfect for my 2 mile walk to work through Seattle rain. Nice thick soles also mean they won't wear out in just a few weeks of walking. They do run really small, and I had to send back the first pair, but Zappos made that easy and I'm happy with the second pair.

Incredibly comfortable, like slippers. Easy to slip on and off, and a good shoe which can go casual or slightly dressy. Looks great in person and mindblowingly comfortable. Oh, and did I mention comfortable? My second pair of Tsubos. I own piles of Prada, Toschi, and Magli, but these are as comfortable at 1/4 the price.

I love this shoe, I have received so many compliments. I like to buy shoes that are unique without being weird. I also wanted a shoe that could go with work pants and with jeans. I wear these shoes every day, they are so comfortable. I purchase shoes about every 6 months for everyday wear so I want quality that will hold up. I wear them without socks and they have kept my feet warm even as the weather has started to turn. When I make my next shoe purchase I will definitely look at Tsubo. And as always Zappos service was superb!

I am a little undecided and disappointed in this shoe. I am usually a 7.5 or 8 with a wide foot. After reading the reviews, I thought that as long as the length was okay (it is) that the opening of the shoe box at the top of my foot would stretch out. The leather is feeling rather stiff and after a few hours walking around the house in them, I don't know if they will stretch out. They are very cute and I wish I didn't have to return them. We shall see.

Super-comfy and way cool; these boots are great. They do run just a tiny bit large, like less than 1/2 a size, but I have narrow feet and it's nothing some heavy socks can't correct. I live in Seattle and really appreciate that these boots have the rubber soles that go up a bit over the toe and heel; they keep my feet dry and warm while being sporty and sleek.

I love everything about these boots. They are even cuter on than I thought they would be! I have been having back pain from wearing heels and was looking for a flat boot. I was concerned about not being able to see these in person before buying, but with Zappos return policy I didn't mind trying. Turns out that they are fantastic and I am considering buying them in brown, too. Fit is perfect, comfort is off the charts, and the style is perfect for right now and going forward! If you are wondering about the 'airforce blue' in the color, the blue is color of the lining of the interior of the boot. It is leather and just adds to the style.

My feet tend to run a large/wide 9/9.5, so I went the half size up, a 9.5 and they are perfect and super comfortable--and sexy! The wrapped front platform is very deceiving and the lacing makes them fit custom; the grey "tongue" area is imperceptibly a lighter black. The floating heel cover keeps them from digging in the back, no mole skin, no blisters! The leather is the quality it should be at this price point, as is the construction, support and ventilation.

Bought these in the tan color. They look really cute with tights and a dress and are comfortable, too.
