She loved it, but then decided a month later that she would rather have the pink one. She called Zappos and they immediately shipped her another one. It arrived the next day! Zappos did not make us ship the black one back before they shipped the replacement. Of course, we shipped the original back the next day, too. But we could not believe the service. We will definitely purchase from Zappos again.

She had actually picked it out before and said she really wanted it. When she got it, she loved it! It is high-quality Dooney & Bourke and is a gorgeous watch. It is big though, so if you're looking for something small, then I would not recommend it.

Look: This watch is HUGE! I am 5'3" 129 lbs and this watch looked plain silly on my wrist. Why call this a woman's watch? The watch face is larger than my husband's watch, and he is a 6'4" guy. It looked like a clown-watch on me. Sadly I returned it immediately. This should not be called a medium, rather an extra-large. Other than the size, the watch is beautiful. Buy it for your man!
