Poor quality - I just ordered this shoe and was very disappointed when the shoe arrived. The "suede" material is of poor quality, therefore it already looked thinned out in spots - and on a black shoe that makes white marks. And that was right out of the box. It's too bad, because the shoe style is VERY cute - but I'll be returning these.

Look: Comfy, comfy, comfy - These shoes are wonderful!! They are probably one of the most comfortable pair of shoes that I have (which is true with most shoes from volatile) and they are adorable, too. I get so many compliments on these everyday. I can wear these to work and be comfortable all day. I definitely recommend these to any women that are on their feet at work all day and still have to look good.

Look: Cute, but didn't fit - I liked the look of these shoes, but unfortunately they didn't feel very comfortable and my foot kept slipping forward in them. I normally wear an 8 1/2 and it felt like I needed a 9, but then the slipping would have been even worse.

When I ordered these, I was half thinking that I would be sending them back the second I saw them out of the box. But let me tell you, the moment I took them out of the box, I fell in love!! The chunky heel is probably the most darling thing about the shoe. It was also important to have a substantial shoe for me to fill out my scrawny chicken legs. These were perfect in every way...size and color. I got the red, and the color was not overwhelming. They are also extraordinarily comfortable---and that should mean a lot coming from me, considering I NEVER wear heels. Buy these shoes!!!

I got the purple and they look cute with Jeans and skinny slacks. I am a little disappointed because the straps seem to cross in just the right/wrong place so my little toe sometimes comes out a little between the straps, which is annoying. It just feels like it could and a little irritation to my toe. But they are so cute I kept them anyway. I don't know if it’s the design or the way my foot is, because it only happened on my right foot. But they are cute and comfortable and seem well made, so overall I'm impressed with these.
