Customer Service Team, I just wanted to thank you for your service I received today. I recently bought shoes for my 2 year old daughter from Zappos. They were received defective. I returned them for another pair and those too were defective. I called customer service to either return the item once again without exchanging it or I requested a discount on the shoe and I would agree to keep it. I was greatly surprised Zappos offered for me to keep the shoes for a full refund since they considered it defective anyway. Most stores wouldn't offer such a thing. They would keep as much of the $ as possible and offer a minuscule discount that most likely would dissatisfy the customer. You almost lost a customer today, but after such great care you now have a loyal one. Zappos went above and beyond what most stores would consider "good customer service" and I am personally grateful. Thanks again, Kim M.
