Thanks Zappos, you folks are ALWAYS the best. I started off my "on-line-shoe-shopping-experience with Zappos and of course, LOVED IT, but then I made the mistake of purchasing from one of your competitor's due to their slightly lower prices (as I was gearing-up my shoe wardrobe for a NEW JOB). I bought about 8 pairs of shoes, but only 1 fit properly, so I had to go thru their RIDICULOUS return process, had to pay for return shipping - even though my returns were due to the fact that their shoes ran longer & wider than my usual 7.5W foot... I mean, I've had these feet for 48 years, so I'm pretty sure I know their size! I've learned my lesson: I'll NEVER AGAIN shop on-line for shoes anywhere else but ZAPPOS!!!
